First 60 days I was very comfortable to sleep on mattress and suddenly it sink, my back and neck start to bother me , can’t sleep from pain , time to call warranty office and resolve this problem.

This mattress was fine for 6 months. Then, the support progressively broke down. While there is little visible indentation in the mattress, it does not support you. When I lay down, my butt sinks into the mattress and flexes my lower back. Same thing happens when I sleep on my side. I wake up every morning with a back ache. Note, I am 6' tall and weigh 170 pounds. So, excessive weight is not a cause of this mattress failure.

Very lumpy in the middle...sinks when we lie in it.....doesn
This is the worse mattress we have ever had. It sinks where we lie and there is a hard mound in the middle. Even when it is made it looks like an old mattress...it doesn’t go back to flat when we leave the bed. A warranty doesn’t mean a thing. I feel sorry for the salesperson who sold it to us in good faith. Simmons has made a new line, but we would not recommend the company to anyone....we will make this well know. We are both 80 yrs old, and have slept on a lot of mattress, so we know what we are talking about. Tks for the way to vent.

I received this bed as a gift (new, unused) from my mom a year ago, and it was replacing a very worn 7-yr old pocket coil mattress that had come in a box. At first I wasn't sold on the super softness of the gel pillowtop on the Beautyrest, but I ended up really liking it. It's a treat to sleep on, so luxurious and comfortable! The deep quilting of the pillowtop was a bit off-putting at first (I thought it might be too lumpy), but once I laid down on it, it wasn't like that at all. It's like a super comfy and restful hotel bed, but at home. It's a very, very thick mattress, so sheets tend to slip off at the corners easily. On the whole, though, it's an amazing bed. I really like it a lot.

I bought this at mattress firm two days ago. My sciatica is acting up, it's been fine for years. My mid back was sore all day yesterday and my wife's back is sore today (She didn't want to try it the first night). She does not want to try it again. My back and hip are bothering me today.
This bed is stiff!!!
The sales lady sort of pushed me towards this mattress. I wanted to bring a mattress home that day, mistake. She didn't have a mattress in stock, so she said she would sell the floor model as new, as it hadn't been on the floor long. She never told me the warranty or return policy, except that she would honor the 120 day trial. When I looked up mattress firms return policy, they don't return display mattresses. She put display on my receipt, even though she charged me full price $ 1599 minus a $ 300 that she called a price match. She looked up price match on the computer.
I'm going back today to try and get this straightened out.
The mattress is very firm, I'm wondering if they bagged the wrong mattress for me.
Anyway, I'm not happy, $1430.75 , and the worst pain I've been in in years.

It's not like the plush, soft pillowtop that we slowly sunk into at the store. This bed is firmer than our expectations. We feel the hard surface just under the pillowtop and we already have divets in our sleeping areas. We've had it just over a month.

We thought we were buying top-of-the-line, but within 5 years this mattress has collapsed into pools and valleys so moving around is uncomfortable and wakes us.

I will never buy this product again. My husband and I wake up in pain everyday. This is the second time I have called warranty. It started sagging after a year. Called warranty October of 2016 and they said it was not bad enough. They are coming again today so it will be interesting to hear what they have to say. I am don't sleep at night; tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. This is the worse bed I have ever owned!
