My Zenhaven Experience

After testing mattresses in all of the local mattress shops and finding nothing that made my wife and I both happy, we decided to try a premium latex mattress. Obviously Zenhaven is the best deal going in latex mattresses. Ordering off the Internet was a little scary, but the reviews, customer service and delivery experience have been great. The Zenhaven is not a cushy, sink down in a hole type of mattress...just completely supportive and comfortable from head to toe. Highly Recommended.

Amazing mattress for health conscious sleeper

Bottom line up front: ZENHAVEN (by SAATVA) is an amazing company with and their mattress is top-notch. I highly recommended for anyone looking to buy a mattress. I recently purchased a new house and had to buy a mattress for my wife and I. I am in the military and I am very health conscious, staying in top physical condition is part of my job. I wouldn't want to take a chance on my body. Latex mattress was a healthy and logical choice that suit my needs. I was on a tight budget since I just bought a house and had to purchase all the furnisher and appliances. I came across ZENHAVEN. The price was affordable and the mattress was everything I was looking for. I began talking to an agent name Jonathan via online chat and emails. I expressed my concerns about delivery because I have a tight training schedule with the military and I might not be able to be home for delivery during weekdays. Jonathan immediately gave me a military discount and called their logistics about delivery on weekends. My subdivision is brand new so the address is not on Google map, he made all the arrangements to insure the mattress will be here on the exact date I wanted. I got my mattress today. The delivery crew called me when they left the warehouse and double checked the location of my house. They were friendly, fast, professional and attentive. The whole experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I took a 4-hour nap on the mattress, so far so good! No back pain what so ever, plus it has two sides so you can choose the firmness you like. Keep in mind that the mattress is VERY HEAVY and flexible that makes it HARD TO MANEUVER. That's why they must send a crew to help you out. It is not a light memory foam mattress in a box that can be carried by a kid. Also keep in mind that the mattress should NOT be placed directly on slats, it should be on a flat surface, box spring or bunkie board. In conclusion, awesome customer service, awesome mattress, reasonable price for the quality and the material they use. 10/10!

Best choice

Have tried many beds including a hybrid and adj air mattress. This latex bed is the only bed for me providing the right amt of comfort and support. Will always choose latex going forward. In the past I had also never ordered online and the experience was top notch. I believed by doing this I saved quite a bit of money for a product with great value.

OUTRAGEOUS VALUE!

We have been sleeping on Saatvas for a few years now. Prior to Saatva, we had two sets of "hand me down" Shifmans and if you want a good "hand me down," its a Shifman mattress from years ago. We replaced them with Saatvas and with the extension in our home needing a new king set for the master suite, we clicked to Saatva again but this time we bought their Zenhaven latex king set. 100% pure latex, 100% pure heaven. $2800 for a king set of 100% pure latex, not a blend. Yes, yes, yes, we sleep so healthy and so supportive on pure 100% latex luxury but let me tell you who sleeps even better. We came home from dinner last week-end and my wife went into our bedroom first and literally started screaming. Screaming!!! Our dog, Amos was dead??? He's dead, OMG he's dead!! By the time I flew around the master bedroom door, my wife was breathing heavy (love a wife who breathes heavy in the bedroom) from relief as Amos was in deep doggy dreamland. DEEP SLEEPING!!! Zenhaven!! Where is this Saatva Company with a pet bed? Back to this review if this is considered a review, the Zenhaven mattress is everything and more than what their honest website presents.
