I don't often write product reviews, but this mattress deserves one. Everything about purchasing, receiving, and sleeping on it is just right. The company communicated regularly and individually scheduled delivery. The delivery guys were terrific - took away the old mattress and helped me place a bed skirt and put a mattress cover on the new one. No more sagging memory foam! I've been sleeping well for several weeks on this latex Zenhaven. The plush side isn't too soft - feels great! I'm very happy with this purchase. The quality of the product and the customer service are top notch.
Fantastic experience with the product and the company!
We were sleeping on a complicated latex system. Despite the fact that the two halves were completely customizable, I could not get my side right and went through countless iterations (and $$) to try and get the right experience without waking to debilitating back, shoulder and neck pain. We then tried to innerspring Saatva, which was better, but not quite right. The company was absolutely fantastic allowing us to exchange the mattress for the Zenhaven. It was a fantastic purchase - the mattress is extremely comfortable with high-end features and allows us to customize simply by flipping the mattress to the other side. We have since bought another one for a different home - one home has the soft side and one the firmer side - I prefer the firmer, but both are comfortable and luxurious. Don't hesitate to buy from this company - their customer service is amazing and products are worth the hype.

I had a very firm latex mattress for almost 20 years. My sleep quality had degraded during the past few years but I cannot be sure of the reason. My old mattress may have been partially to blame. My new Saatva Zenhaven latex mattress is slightly less firm than the one it replaced and I was concerned that this would be a problem for my back. However, my sleep quality on the new mattress over the past few months has been excellent. Also, I've detected no odor from the latex material.
I love this mattress. Would never go back to traditional mattress ever again or memory foam like my kids have. Every time my husband gets up in the middle of the night, I never feel this mattress shake or budge, so I am sleeping better just from that aspect. Thank you so much!
