I made 'peace' with a bed, first time in years!

Once we 'tweaked' the elevation of our Wink Bed with frame lifts at the head (eliminated our acid re-flux problem) my wife and I enjoy every night that we sleep in this bed. The 'down side' is that when we travel we miss our Wink Bed terribly.

Like this mattress overall but find the edges too mushy and body tends to roll off edge. Our first pillow top mattress and find it too soft for the firm mattress advertised. Think this is a great company but would have ordered their very firm model if we were to do over. Would probably be better for seniors with arthritis.

Disappointed already showing wear

I'm disappointed that my mattress is already sowing wear after such a short time. The outline of my body can be clearly seen. The mattress is being to become lumpy. I have not had it more than 3 years. I expected the mattress to wear better and last longer.

I like the mattress but am disappointed in the mattress. The sides are broken down and there is a big lump in the middle. It is not old enough to need to be replaced.

I have had this mattress since March 1st, 2018. It is supposed to be their FIRM mattress. I weigh 260 lbs, and was hoping it would be firm enough for me. It is like I am sleeping down-hill from my wife. I have been thinking about contacting Wink Beds, because this is a problem I never expected, and never had before. I believe they have quality products, but my experience with this mattress says otherwise.

Could be softer for a side sleeper

I'm a side sleeper who suffers from insomnia, but the right bed can cure that. I got an Englander bed 10 years ago that was the perfect bed - I never had a restless night on that bed - ever. And that's the first time I could say that in my life. They stopped making that bed, otherwise I would have bought it again. This bed is similar to that one, but a bit too hard. I'm hoping over time that it softens up, because I don't sleep through the night like I did on the previous one. Also, I sometimes get sore in certain areas on this bed and have to move a lot.

Outstanding! Best mattress I’ve ever owned

I bought my WinkBed about 2 years ago and it’s absolutely fantastic. Still in perfect condition. My partner and I sleep cool and comfortable and without any pain. I’d recommend WinkBeds to anyone!

Expected better

I had done what I thought was a ton of research before buying this mattress. After just a year I started noticing depression from my 155-pound body weight. Even after rotating my mattress every month to every 6-weeks, the wear on the bed seems too extreme for what it promised to be. Now a few more years have gone by and my hip, shoulder, and back have nearly as much discomfort and ache as they did prior to purchasing the bed.

Mattress has hump in middle already. Can't move from where b

This mattress is less then a year old and already has sunk way down where we sleep. There is a hump in the middle that makes it difficult to move out of any position. We rotate it constantly but it does not help. Not satisfied with this bed at all! Has made severe back pain worse. Usually sleep on my side but fall asleep on my back because I can't move out of the deep groove that's been created. I'm not even a heavy person. I'm 125. Very disappointed as I did a ton of research for a new mattress and this company claimed this bed would last at least 10 years.
