I shopped forever, since there are so many choices and everyone seems to have a different opinion about which one is best. I decided I did not have anything to lose since I could send it back if I did not like it. I gave my $4000 memory foam bed to my daughter and took a chance with Wink beds. The delivery (that they outsourced) was awful and total miscommunication. However, the bed has been amazing. If I could do anything different I would get the one that was not so tall, since I have a hard time getting sheets to fit. I have arthritis and back problems and my husband could not sleep on his side on our previous bed. because his hips hurt so bad. This bed has been great and we both agree that it was a great choice.

Did a bunch of research before buying this mattress... endless hours watching YouTube videos, reading reviews and studies. The price was fantastic - if we didn't like the mattress they would come and get it for free. Want the firmer version? Pay $50 and they'd swap it out. The amount of design and care that went into this mattress made by hand made me pull the trigger - and I'm glad I did. My wife and I noticed a difference immediately. Never lumpy or soft, it's held up and still feels good as the day it was delivered. As of this review, it's been a year and my back problems are gone. Also, I'm a side sleeper and my arms don't fall asleep anymore when I lay on my side! I'll never go back to memory foam! And I've recommended WinkBeds to all my friends.

The mattress is well made and a good value. My wife likes a bee firm mattress. I like a very soft mattress. This one is a good compromise. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The only negative is the pieces of the bed frame that wink sells doesn’t securely connect. It comes apart sometimes when moving the mattress.

It is a beautiful, well made mattress but it doesn’t work for me. I guess that over the years, I have come to prefer a softer, more conforming mattress. I have ordered a custom made, multi layered latex mattress to replace this one.

First time that we purchased a mattress online. The reviews were very good and after a month of research we decided to throw the dice. Super happy with the wink mattress and customer service. I like it medium and he likes it firm. It's just the right blend of both. I ordered the box spring for a platform bed. Oh oh. Don't do that. The mattress is already very tall. With both on the bed I would have needed a ladder to get on it. Had to return the box spring and Wink took it back no questions. So happy with the mattress I finally bought a 2nd one for the guest room for when the honey snores and I can't sleep.
