This bed was purchased at American Freight about 5 years ago. My wife and are the only two to sleep on the bed. Has given my wife back problems since about 1 month after we purchased and been extremely hot for me to sleep on ... sweat continuously while laying down even with a fan and no covers. The mattress started to sag after the first year pretty badly and now the springs on it have actually broken and are protruding through the bottom of the mattress. Was told this has a 10 year warranty ... American Freight will NOT honor any warranty even with proof of purchase and receipt. Was told by them that they changed the computer software 1 year after we purchased the mattress and they could not even pull a warranty on it. Supposed to have been their TOP of the line mattress at the time we purchased. Very unsatisfied. Will NOT buy from American Freight again.

It took me a year and a half to save up for this mattress.
From the first week I had it I thought surely that they must've switched them out and sold me a cheaper version.
It's lumpy and only one layer of cushion between me and the springs.
Needless to say I will NEVER buy another one.
Purchased from American Freight a Long time ago. It was very comfortable for almost 16 years. Just a fe weeks ago I started to get shoulder and neck pain and noticed that the center started to sag. Since I had such good luck with this brand I returned to Americam Freight and purchased the successor to the perfect care 3000, the Luxe. It has the same feel as the perfect care and was slightly more money (499.00). So far after a week in my neck and shoulder pain is gone and I sleep all throughout the night without waking. Only time will tell if it holds up as well as the last one, but for the price if I get 10 years I will be extremely happy again.

I bought this mattress out of a warehouse with a boxspring included in the deal. It sagged within 6 months, even with me turning the mattress. I got what I paid for I guess.
It wasn't bad when it was just me sleeping on it, but once my partner moved in we feel every bit of movement and it's noisy.
Looks can be deceiving!! Bought this because it was advertised as soft and cooling! Neither of which I got with this mattress. It immediately dipped down and lost its shape on my husbands and my side and we are pretty small people. Hubby only weighs 135-140 I weight a bit more but I rotated the mattress like I was supposed to and everything but it hurts us so bad. We wake up everyday in so much pain. So we are searching for a new mattress now!!
The coils dig into my side so i doubled up two comforters to make it bareable but going to have to add a third. the coils feel very loose and i get a touch of vertigo when i lay down on it.The mattress feels like i need to conform to it not it conforming to me.
I bought this bed about 6 months ago, first two months it was the firm bed i paid for but now it looks like a steam roller ran over the one side of it. It feels like it has a gravitational pull to that side since it is so much flatter and has no support. I have a pillow under the mattress in the middle edge and it still is sagging.
I paid cash and ask for a firm mattress that would last and I will be taking the mattress store on camp bowie and las vegas trail and the manufacturer to court on deceptive trade practices. I can recoup my losses three times this way. I called the store and they were like blow me off and get me off the phone. No court will side with a company that sells you a defective mattress that only lasts 3 months. The box springs still has the plastic on it. You should see the pictures, it looks like it has been run over by a steam roller. This mattress is a piece of dodo. I ask for a good mattress and a firm mattress. I did not ask for one that expired in three months. I am not a fat person nor do I have other people sleeping in my bed. This is the worst mattress i have ever seen. I promise you I could have picked up one off the curb that would be better than this.
Oh, the store delivered this to my house and it arrived on top of a car top with the driver and the passenger holding onto the mattress and box springs to keep it from blowing off. I should have sent them back at that time. Not a very professional way to do business or deliver mattresses.

I am not a complainer, but when I purchased this in September 2016 they guaranteed it would be wonderful. (Delivered September 24th) Well, this was not the case I couldn't sleep on it from the start. I asked after one week if we could trade for a different mattress, they said yes. This never happened, I started with Joshua,, then he was gone, and I went through other managers only for them to say we cant do anything. Oh well, I am in the market to purchase another nee mattress after four years. Have a beautifully Blessed day

Have had for 1-1/2 years and it's already sagging. I specifically mentioned this to the sales person that I didn't want a mattress that would sag in just a few years. I was assured it wouldn't happen with this mattress. Very, very disappointed. Because of the coronavirus, stores are not open now so I can't go there to complain. I don't know if they'll be any compensation for this, I doubt it. But I would never buy another mattress from this place.
