I had slept on my previous mattress for 12 years (Sleep number) and felt like it was time for a new one. I paid much more for this mattress hoping to get a better night's sleep. The first few months was good then the bed sunk and it feels like I'm sleeping in a hole. Contacted company and was told that it would have to have over a 1 and a half inch drop to be replaced. They would sell me a replacement at a reduced price but I am not interested in wasting more money on a bed that doesn't hold up more than a few months. I would not recommend Sleeping Organic to anyone.

When we first received the mattress, 4 layers custom bui...

When we first received the mattress, 4 layers custom built, it was extremely comfortable, we were in awe but 2 months ago, we decided to replace the mattress encasing that cost $595,on top of 5k, because we got tired of spot clean , WOW.... the casing replacement was a TOTAL NIGHTMARES, it was a wool encasing, extremely hard on my back ,( unlike the original casing very soft and extremely comfortable, it cushion pressure points on my hip and back), I called so many times for customer support, left a few messages, no one ever return the calls, now I am dealing with this back aches , after almost 6k , this supposed to be 20 years guarantee, how are we rely on this promise, if customer service never return the calls? Extremely unhappy and disappointed!

Sleeping Organic -={SUCKS}=-

They market this a customized sleeping solution based on your weight and sleep style. What they don't tell you is the wool zip-on mattress encasement is so taunt when you lay on it, that you don't get to sink into the mattress at all. It feels so firm even though I chose a soft Talalay layer as my top layer. When contacting their customer service they brashly suggested that we unzip the mattress encasement and we try sleeping on it just flapping around and loose. This is a terrible solution/suggestion for a mattress that costs $2200...and that's the 25% off Labor Day sale price. When we expressed to them we wanted to return the mattress for a full refund, we had to contact them 5 times to get the answers we needed. It states on their website that returning the mattress will cost $99, but most online mattress retailers offer risk-free trials...I'm losing money for trying their product. Returning their product is a rediculous and difficult task. First, you have to keep the 4 extremely large boxes and plastic bags if you want the option of returning this mattress. Each layer is extremely heavy and weighs 60 lbs. The layers come vacuum packed so there is room for the wool mattress encasement and pillows which were included for free for us. They demand you fit everything they sent you back into those 4 boxes. All I can say is good luck...without a vacuum sealing machine, the king-sized foam fills the entire box. One of their customer service representatives told me to dump the shredded latex from the pillows into the garbage and then send the empty pillowcases. What's the point of sending empty pillowcases...unless they're going to resell them. Did I get used pillows that someone else used? Gross! After several very frustrating calls to their customer service (who is very condescending), but I finally spoke to someone with answers. Their solution was for us to keep the pillows but they would send me a separate box for the mattress encasement...their expense. Why send it back unless they plan to resell it again.

Sleeping Organic better than imagined

My wife and I agree that we've never slept better than we have been on our new Sleeping Organic latex mattress. We both prefer a mattress on the firm side so we went with a two-layer mattress, Talalay medium on top of extra firm Dunlop. It feels perfect, with plenty of support but a little give, too. It's hard to describe the sleep and comfort improvement but the first word that comes to mind is, deep.

Best EVER

I wanted an organic mattress due to health issues. The last time I bought an "organic" mattress it was costly nightmare so I was not looking forward buying again. So, I can't believe I bought this one online. I knew what I wanted after doing extensive research and called and spoke to someone about the right laying we would need for our comfort. The person on the phone was very helpful. He also made sure I received all of the savings possible. Now, for the sleeping part... I am SO HAPPY!! I love this mattess! Someone had complained about the cover and I find it perfect! If you tend to sleep hot, like me, it is just right. And very comfortable. That was one of the things I was looking for, a nice cover for the latex. You can go out and buy some latex and put a sheet on it but that is not what I wanted. The quality is A1 from the fabric to the zipper. Also, the pillows we received we stuffed so well and we took some foam out and made another pillow!

Great Latex, poor cover choices.

I am rewriting a review that I cant seem to access nor do I recall writing about Sleeping Organic. Great to pick each comfort level for each person. But my experience was difficult as the cover, both the original and the second sent ruined the feel of sleeping on latex. I decided to buy a Tempurpedic cover as my old one stretches so you can feel whats beneath. The Organic covers that encloses this bed ruined it for us. The owner Chris agreed to reimburse me for the price of that cover, but only after I had to stuff two covers back into a box and then UPS it breaking my back. It was a nightmare to have to change out this bed three times to get it right. I am now being harassed to remove reviews. I explained the importance of the feel of the bed as my wife has two cancers and recently lost a hip due to cancer. I have had extensive injury to joints and not once did he even say "Sorry to hear that". I did not agree to LIE and not be honest about my purchase and to let others understand. Send me a check for the full bed and I'll just start over. If you are that much into organic, that you will blow 2000 bucks to say you are saving the earth, but can't feel the bed beneath the cover, then go for it. Its great latex and great to pick each side but again, they need to resolve the cover issue as people have reached out to me on FB to ask how to fix this so its a problem.

2200 Ruined by mattress cover

The idea of picking ea side was great. My wife firmer layered, me softer, but this was all for naught as the cover/encloser to keep the bed together (8 pieces, four ea side) takes the cloud-like feeling of sleeping on latex and turns it to sleeping on a trampoline. The cover should be thin and stretch, much like the temporpedic cover that this bed replaced, so you can actually feel the latex...this cover they send is too thick and feels like burlap. So I have to figure a way to replace it or live with it, but I'm already trying to figure out an idea. They should know better. THey also changed specials and although they gave me an additional 100 off, they also should have given me pillows as coupon puts them back for free.
