I wish we had bought it a little softer, it's still too hard
My exceptions were to have a little softer mattress, because I spent over a thousand dollars on my memory foam from Living Spaces and I figured if I went to Sit & Sleep I find a cheaper softer mattress and I let the expiration pass where I could have returned it for another mattress now I am stuck with it and have to save to buy another one. It's hard picking out the right mattress.
Mattress is fine. Problems with bedspread & remote
The bedspread had flaws on it and was told to email the manufacturer "in China". I said "you have to be kidding". Of course, I didn't get any response. After Trying to contact other numbers I was given, I finally gave up and put the bedspread away.
Then, one of the remotes went bad and after efforts to correct it and no response, I went to the store to complain. They called somebody directly and to correct the problem. They did call me and got a new remote, which to this day still does not work. Luckily I have a second remote that does work.
I have purchased approx. ten beds from your company and never had any issues until this happened. The problem is that, the last to beds were for one of my homes the other beds were for rental properties.
Oh! well.
I loved this mattress in the store... after two weeks it started sagging. After a couple of months I wasn't able to get a good night sleep and my husband and I have to keep turning the mattress just to avoid it sagging in too many places. It was such. A disappointment, spending so much money for the worst sleep experience we've ever had.
We have had this mattress for less than a year. It started out as a good choice but it took less than 6 months before we had body impressions. We are now looking for another one.
Oasis Resort Super Pillow Top by Sherwood Bedding: within the first year; mattress is shaped like a wedge with voided areas both at head and feet, thin long floating fibers come from the mattress, sagging up to 1.25" from body depressions with a lump in the center. No response from Sherwood manufacturer. Inspection for warranty claim was denied by Mattress Firm. Buyer Beware!
