Very good mattress

Very high quality materials and workmanship. Natural materials. I sleep better than I did on my previous mattress (Beautyrest.) Extremely comfortable - firm, but definitely has a "floating" quality. Only complaint is my side did settle a bit, but it stopped. Will turn the mattress 180 and try to level it out, and it should be fine. Recommend if you're willing to spend a little more.

sleeping on pure latex

meaning, edge support is poor, due to the fact that it sinks in the bed frame a few inches, edge area gets dense and harder than the center.. because of it, I feel center is slightly lower than all edges. I sleep on my side when I sleep close to the edge and on my back in center nowadays. Cover fabric is superb, it is so comfortable and I love sleeping on it. I felt strange at the store but glad I purchased this. I hardly have back pain but notice that my back gets stiff if laying over 8 hours, so recently purchased their 2" topper. It's heavenly. I may consider changing the bed frame eventually. After over 6 months I can still slightly smell latex, but it does not bother me. It's a great mattress.

Slept on a major memory foam mattress for 18 years, decided to give latex a try because of recommendation that memory foam wasn’t heathy. Looking for a mattress that I could move around easier. After researching mattress’s for about 6 months, decided to try latex. Summary is...bought a very expensive mattress from a retail store that shipped to me in box with very little customer service from company. Website is very vague with no reviews. Mattress is very firm, I sleep ok but not nearly as comfortable as memory foam. I definitely can move easier. Going to give it 1 more month and then decide the verdict. It is nice but I’m not wowed!

We have never slept so good!

Our last mattress was a memory foam mattress and it was fine. This mattress is more supportive especially for my husband and so much softer on the surface for me. I can feel the difference when I wake up every morning because I don't feel like I sunk into it all night long but slept right on top but with much more ease. The salesman told us this bed was more pressure free and he was right. It is a lot of money and worth every bit of it.

Do not recommend!

We recently purchased a Refine Latex Mattress and it is the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE mattress that we have EVER owned! We feel like we are sleeping in a bowl. Mattress showing body indentions and lacks support after 4 months of ownership. We have reached out to the crappy retailer, Wildcat Mattress and the crappy manufacturer, Posh + Lavish, neither one have offered a viable solution. They blamed it on our a actual bed so we added and reinforced slats as suggested but that did not change a thing!

Our customer assistance received an email from Nick in Florida today who ordered a high profile latex pillow from a retailer and received a medium-down alternative latex pillow and questioned whether they were the same--- which they are not, neither in terms of look or feel. We recommended he contact his retailer for an exchange for the pillow he ordered.

Be Aware: This bed sleeps HOT

The pressure point comfort of this mattress is GREAT. The TEMPERATURE of this mattress is HOT! Sweaty hot. Feels like you're sleeping on a heating pad hot. When you're cold, you can add more blankets. When the mattress is HOT, there is nothing you can do to feel comfortable. Be very aware when purchasing a pure latex mattress. The store will not warn you. Ours didn't. Now we're stuck (with a no return policy).

We own three of these beds now

This bed is firm underneath but is very comfortable on the top. When we travel anywhere else, my hips hurt but not on this bed. I now own three of these beds and wouldn’t buy anything else.

Buyer Beware!

This expensive mattress had 3 defects when I was delivered. This was a split CalKing and one side was an inch higher than the other side. One side was fairly soft...not nearly as soft as the showroom model, but not too bad. The other side was soft in some places and hard in others. The effect was just plain uncomfortable. The latex foam was not positioned correctly in the casing and it had to be taken apart and re-positioned, which was a big job and required the strings that hold it together to be cut. The retailer came and did this, but it was still a mess. This outfit has no quality control at all. The company has no return policy and and no refund policy and the offer to replace this mattress were not adequate. The hassle of dealing with it was just too much. We ended up "giving" it back to the retailer and he "gave" us $1500 for it. We lost $3300 on the deal, but we couldn't sell it easily and had no place to store it in the meantime. A very expensive mistake! Buy a different brand of latex mattress as Posh & Lavish was not a good company to do business with at all!
