Great Customer Service

We ended up going with a medium Alexander Select and it was a lot softer than I was expecting, but extremely comfortable and still very supportive. Unfortunately ours had a slight defect but Nest bedding killed it when we sent them an email with photos of the defect and they immediately put a brand new mattress in the mail! We had to do no extra work! Best customer service response I have ever had! That being said the two mattresses did feel quite different, the new one was much firmer but still amazingly comfortable (probably because the 1st was defective). My wife and I had decided to buy a good mattress when we got married and I don't think we could have picked a better one! When this one wears out we will be back to Nest bedding for a new one.

Good bed

The mattress has held up well and is comfortable. I have had it for 9 months and one side has softened a little more compared to the other side but is still comfortable. It sleeps well in any body position.

Hot, but overall, a nice bed.

Only problem I have with this bed is, the heat caused by the memory foam. The heat causes me to sweat alot, especially my lower back and legs. I will wake up from a nap because of the uncomfortable heat and sweat.

Everything is in line with expectations. It is softer of a bed than I had prior but I knew that going in so it took some time to adjust. Now I enjoy the contour of the foam as it supports me in any position. It does sleep hot from time to time but overall very satisfied.

Decent Bed

The bed is definitely better than my old mattress but I have noticed some lumps in the mattress and I have had the bed less than a year.

Good mattress, great company

Although this mattress is comfortable, I would either 1. Not purchase it again or 2. Would go with the firmer option. I gave this mattress a great review in the beginning. It is well made but the edges have lost support and I can only sleep about 5-6 hours without waking up due to back pain. I have even tried putting a topper on it to try and help the comfort but it has had little effect. I couldn't return it because we had stored it in a spare bedroom while the master was being renovated and too much time passed before we could use it.

excellent

I've never slept this good before in my life. My back pain is reduced and I sleep longer and better. It hasn't completely eliminated my pain and trouble sleeping, but the difference is huge. I'd recommend it to anyone.
