Great Mattress for this Stomach Sleeper
I bought the Nest Lovebed over a year ago and I really enjoy it. I am a 5'10", 180 lbs male, and I tend to sleep on my stomach. My mattress is currently on a solid bottom, wooden platform bed, with a Perlux Hypoallergenic Tencel Mattress Protector (I strongly recommend you get at least some kind of mattress protector), and high quality percale sheets. Overall, it has been very comfortable to me, although I wish it was just a little firmer (I ordered the medium firmness).
I get many compliments from guests about how comfortable my bed is, and side/stomach/back sleepers all seem to rest easy. The mattress also provides enough "mobility" so bed-related activities are not impeded if you catch my drift. It is also very quiet if noise is an issue for you.
I run hot at night, so I was concerned that a foam mattress might cause me to overheat. I have not experienced any overheating issues though. The only downside I have experienced is that sometimes my arms fall asleep when they are raised above my head. I think a firmer mattress would resolve this, but that is just a guess.
Overall, this is a high quality mattress, and I would highly recommend it. This was my first foam mattress, so I'm not sure how it compares to other brands in terms of price and quality. But if you're on the fence and ready for a new mattress, just go for it - you can always return it. Don't cheap out on a crappy mattress.
