We have difficulty keeping the fitted sheets on the mattress. The box spring sold by the manufacturer is especially noisy. The mattress itself has worn relatively quickly and developed an odd lump in the center of the mattress, not so much as to be uncomfortable, just very noticeable. The box springs sold by the manufacturer are odd metal things zipped into cases that are quite noisy.

Started out Hard, but softened over time

This mattress is built like a tank and cool as a cucumber. Kept its shape nicely in the past 2 years that we've owned it. It was very hard at first but softened nicely over time. I do wake up with Hip pain from time to time but I'm not sure that's the mattress yet...

Was great, has sunk some.

We have the The Alexander Signature Hybrid in King / Medium. We ordered it in 2016. The bed was amazing and keeps us the perfect temperature and is both soft and firm which is exactly what we were looking for. However, the bed has sunk in the last two years, although I am not sure it is past the 1" mark for warranty purposes. The indentation is definitely noticeable though, and we have had to rotate the mattress for comfort purposes.

Saggy and Sad

Overall I am very disappointed in my purchase. Not what I expected from a "high quality" hybrid mattress. Paid around $1,200 to end up with a bed that after only 1 year has low spots. I'm an average sized male at 5'11" 190Lbs so this should not be an issue I am having after only one year with a thousand dollar mattress!!

Great Mattrress

1 yr down, glad we bought this mattress. Didn't want to shop in stores. Read lots of reviews and this seemed like the best fit for us. So far, seems to be great quality and we love our bed! Made in USA!

Quality Bed If Not Perfect

The bed has held up pretty well, and over two moves, however if you are a side sleeper I would suggest something that gives more to release pressure. I think it's a quality bed overall, just not a perfect fit for my personal sleeping situation. When I was able to sleep on my back and stomach the comfort was much improved.

Fully satisfied

The Nest Medium Firm mattress was purchased after two weeks of research. The performance in the first year has completely met expectations for both my wife and I. We are now purchasing one for our daughter as well.

Not a Taco Lover

This is my 2nd mattress and it is now doing the same exact thing. Folding in the area where I sleep and my wife sleeps. She is a total of 96lbs and I am 185. Not crazy big! So, what is the problem? No one knows. Mario seemed to think he knew. I am now forced to throw this mattress away and spend more money on a new mattress. Back in the same mess thanks to Nest. I would not suggest Nest to any one. Especially, with back problems which was why this was suggested to me. Bad advise apparently.

We bought this bed 3yrs ago and still feels like new!

Thank you for manufacturing such a great bed! We find ourselfs bragging to friend and family about how much we both love it! Now our 'new little guy' joins us sleeping in comfort as well. Thanks again.
