I wanted a top of the line that would last for 15 years. First year very comfortable. Every 6 weeks flipped and end to end. My hips began aching, pain unbearable BUT just on side one. When flip other side is very supportive. 6 weeks and flip back. After two nights the pain is very bad.
I haven’t called manufacturer yet. Will do tomorrow.
I spent over $1,100. Only one year satisfactory. I will report back on the customer service.
Paid a lot for this mattress and had it for less than a year now and it's sagging on one side where my boyfriend slept very occassionally and really feels like it's 10 years old already, and on the phone for hours trying to get any response which feels hopeless. They told me no need for a box spring and I have it on a firm metal slatted bed frame, which should be fine with a contemporary mattress but doesn't seem to be.
I expected a comfortable sleep for this price point. I have to flip this mattress every month for impressions and it's heavy. I'm 140lbs and the only one that sleeps on it. There was one level softer at time of purchase but I wanted support so I went one lower but not medium/firm or firm. It has a pillow top but not plush. The mattress was good for maybe half a year and then I noticed that my back started to hurt and so did my shoulders. I bought a memory foam topper that helped this issue significantly but the mattress is disappointing. I'm shopping for a new bed now at 4 years.

I’ve had Marshall mattresses for over 25 years and have been very satisfied, so I was very excited to purchase this new Marshall mattress (Crafted, Acadia Plush Euro Top). I’ve had the mattress for only a week and I am already very disappointed. For starters, the workmanship on the mattress itself is very sloppy. In two places the inner filling is sticking out from underneath the seam. Next, there are already visible body indentations in the mattress. After only one week! Finally the bed feels nothing like the model in the showroom. I like a soft mattress, where I sink into the bed. That is why I purchased the Plush Euro Top model. The mattress I received is firm. I understand that you can’t directly compare with the floor model ( which multiple people had lied on), but this does not feel like the same mattress at all. And if the floor model is softer because multiple people had lied on it, why are there no indentations? I suspect the quality of the floor model to be different from what the customer gets. Very unhappy and disappointed. Marshall, you have lost a loyal customer.

Complete waste of money as manufacturer would not stand behind their product, this garbage Marshall Matress failed the first month and now it’s going to the dump!
Buyer beware-this is a bad choice, do yourself a favor and buy a different brand this one sucks!!
Uncomfortable, pricey and lack of Customer Service
We thought we were doing the right thing when we purchased this mattress almost 3 years ago. Canadian made, Canadian owned company, all natural materials etc. We were assured this mattress had superior side support as we told the salesperson it was very important to us.
The bed is now unable to have 2 people sleep on it because of the failure of support on the sides. There is a 4" drop on the sides from the middle when 2 people are trying to sleep. One almost feels like you may roll out of bed at night.
The "technician" who came to look at the mattress on Sunday, January 12 at 10:00 am, did not measure the sides of the mattress, only with a guide that showed a 3/8" drop from the middle to the sides. He did take a picture of me sitting on the side of the mattress that shows a 4" drop from the centre. He was in a hurry to finish with us because of bad weather moving in. Our claim was denied because there was no measurements with any weight on the faulty mattress. I have pictures available to show to anybody that cares with Marshalls.
Customer service line doesn't seem to be monitored by anybody. I've left 2 messages and had no callbacks.

Looked Great Quality in the Store - But Simply Not Comfy
Bought this at the BAY, had been waiting for a sale. Was willing to spend the extra for this quality. The quality is great, but it is not comfortable, or I need to hire some toddlers to bounce on this thing for several weeks, as WOW, it is hard. Have a neighbor who has the more firm model and loves it, so I realize comfort is subjective. Would definitely NOT be buying this product again. Wasted money and sadly will end up on craigs list. Great for the guest room for those guests you don't want staying too long!
It's been the best mattress I've ever slept on. I'm writing this review after reading so many negative reviews. I can't say I've experienced the same issues. Compared to the three other mattresses we have owned, and the plethora of hotel beds I've had to sleep in over the years, the marshall is easily better than them all.
The quality has been beyond question and the support is perfect, especially considering I've had back issues for the past 20 years.
The only issue, if I had to name one, is how heavy it is. Literally feels like I'm dead lifting a horse when I have to flip it.
We were told conclusively that this mattress would not be hot and the sales people scoffed at the idea of the mattress sleeping hot. This was a complete lie. DO NOT BUY their product.
