At first it was OK. After only 2 years we could feel every spring in it. It was squeaky when you roll over. You could feel the springs by touching the sides. Still looked excellent. The mattress was never jumped on or abused in any way. We are in our 70's so comfort is golden. Very disappointed. Bought it because it's a small local company and we wanted to support them. Unfortunately the mattress didn't support us.

This is the best mattress I've ever owned. I've slept on Justice mattresses for years however the older I get the softness level I need has Changed. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my previous Justice mattress I just developed bursitis in my hip and needed something a bit softer. I'll never own a different brand. You get what you pay for.

Was great at first. Liked the idea of a product made in my home state. But begin to cave in after 3 months. Both my wife and I can no longer sleep on it. Craters at back and hip. Was expensive and a waste of money. Store only had three month warranty, and the factory apparently has no warranty.
Slept ok first couple years. Then it started sagging where my husband laid. We bought some memory foam to try to help. It only got worse. We kept a mattress pad on since we bought it and we kept it between the foam and mattress. We finally decided since we had a 15 year warranty we would send it back. Not only did we take it to the store to be picked up and they didn't pick it up for 2 months...they kept it an additional month and then decided not to honor the warranty. There were no visible stains however they said there wouldn't fix the bed. They marked a spot they claimed was a stain which was just an excuse not to fix it. There wasn't a stain visible. Meanwhile we are without a mattress for our bed. I would not buy this brand again.

Just spent two glorious nights on a new Justice bed at the wonderful, newly remodeled Drury Inn in Austin. This bed was superb! If I'd been in a truck instead of a car, would have made an offer to buy to bring home right then & there!
