Requested a mattress that was like sleeping on the floor with a shag carpet. Received a custom made mattress the feels like sleeping on memory foam the mattress contour to the shape of your body so you feel like you are sleeping in a divot. Not firm at all wake up at night with aching back have to sleep in chair. When I asked about it I was told that it is the firmest mattress they can make at this time in 2021 they switched supply companies. In 2019 I purchased a mattress and they were able to make it perfect but the mattress was to small to fit my husband me so we bought a larger one but he can’t sleep in the new one either because he has sever back pain

hard as stone in spots

I thought from recommendations this would be a great mattress, and it is not. The padding in the pillow top is inconsistent and there are mose definite hard spots. It is so uncomfortable to sleep on that I'm going to purchase a memory foam topper just so I can sleep!

I finally wake up in the morning without aching all over.

Our mattress was very old and i always ached in the morning in my shoulders and back. Since we got our new mattress i no longer ache in the morning, in fact i hate to get out of bed. It is so comfortable. Soft yet firm underneath. I am even getting to sleep faster at night. I have restless leg and if i can get to sleep quick enough i don't have it as much. We bought the mattress at Roberts in Columbus, Penna. The saleslady was great and we were satisfied with how quickly we got the mattress. It's a king so they had a little trouble getting it up the stairs. We are so happy and agree that it was money well spent. I found the receipt and it's a Majestic Dream E.T. King. I would recommend your mattress to anyone. Thank you.

Poorly designed, spring box makes creaking noise

I bought king size mattress and spring boxes from the Jamestown Mattress Co, couple month later it started making creaking noise. Called the company they replaced the boxes it turned out to be the same story. I looked inside the boxes and the planks are thin, cheap material with cardboard on top. Latex mattress is too heavy for the boxes and I weigh only 210 lb. I have paid almost $2000 for it and they have cardboard inside. I called and called them and no response. I regret buying from Jamestown Mattress these guys have product that is poorly designed and they do not stand behind their product.

SAGS

We have owned this King size mattress for about 9 months. We were happy with the mattress until it started to sag on both edges. We feel like we're going to roll out of bed. We call Jamestown Mattress and someone came out and looked at the mattress. No one called or came out again until we called a month later. Soneone came out again. Took pictures. Again nothing. We contacted the owner. He didn't seem to care of our needs or problem. He is insisting that it doesn't meet factory issues.
