The bed is really great and Innova has always responded promptly to any issues that I have had either via email or phone...I have no complaints about the company but the mattress is sagging in the middle but that maybe because my mother had kept the head of the bed up of at least a 30-45 degree angle constantly!
The adjustable mattress base is extremely poor quality. I have had the bed for just over two years and had literally only actuated the adjustable base 2-3 times. The last time when I needed to use it when very ill, it failed to work. I tried a hard reset as directed by the company but was unsuccessful in resolving the problem. The company would not stand behind its product and Innova rep simply wanted to sell me new parts - which likely would be of the same poor quality as the originals. My recommendation is to stay away from this product as it is junk.
