What a disaster, dealing with this company. I ordered a King-sized Harmony air mattress. They sent me an "RV"-sized king, which is like a normal queen-sized mattress. Of course I didn't discover the mistake until I had already gotten rid of my dear old Select Comfort, which was 13 years old and ready to be replaced. So I had no bed at all for 2 nights.
I'm an older woman with a very bad back, so sleeping on the couch and then struggling to put this thing together myself was AWFUL. After sleeping on it for 5 nights, I find it to be hard and uncomfortable. And the pump is atrocious--the remotes are wired (as opposed to Select Comfort's wireless) and the pump is NOISY as h*ll.
Also, they sent me return Fedex label to send the "RV-king" mattress back to them, and told me they'd call FedEx to come pick it up. Well, 6 days later--no Fedex pickup yet. This thing is sitting on my porch.
REMEMBER, FOLKS: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Go pay for the Select Comfort mattress and experience. Their beds are more comfortable, their pump is wireless and QUIET, and the experience beats Inno-not-Max from here to eternity.

When we bought the bed two years ago it a little too firm and hot for my wife, so we bought a topper for it and it helped. Now two years later there is no support left in the mattress. I putt a straight edge on it and pushed in four inches in. I rotate mattress once a month to make sure everything‘s done to factory specs on it didn’t seem to matter . I can’t meet is not cover so I’m out of eighteen hundred dollars.

I am replacing the plastic barrel connector for the third time. And for the third time the company has changed the design. Little wonder! I cannot depend on this bed, and I will not buy another.
Bed Leaked within months of purchase. We've taken it back only to have them charge us because the valves (which have broken several times and they admitted have KNOWN problems) continue to break. Of course this was never covered by their fake warranty. I say fake because it is worthless.
great in the beginning. even talked two friends into buying one. best sleep i ever had. three years later it begain sagging. seven years later the company barely acknowledges my e-mail or phone calls. I am yest to see a refund or replacement. not worth the $3,000 i paid for two adjustable beds.
