It has CHEAP low quality pillow top fabric on it. We have only had this bed for 4 months... the bed pillow top fabric has millions of pill balls (fuz balls) all over it... like a cheap sweater would do after wearing it once. I will never buy this brand again. You would think they would test the fabric to be sure it does not wear like this. TERRIBLE!

This mattress is very noisy, mostly around the outside edges. It is very annoying.The mattress has been replaced once, but the replacement mattress is worse than the first one. I don't like the inconvenience of dealing with the mattress replacement. Also, I shouldn't have to keep paying the delivery charge.

My 16 year old, 5'10" son sleeps on this mattress. His mattress is sooo much more comfortable than the mattress my husband and I bought for TWICE as much money! His mattress is like sleeping on a cloud, so comfortable! Just the perfect amount of plush vs having enough support! I almost can't wait til he goes to college so I can trade out the beds! Excellent mattress, especially for the price! LOVE it! Buying a second one this month for my now teenage daughter!
For $1200, I expected to get more than 3 years from this mattress. I wake up every few hours with lower back pain and can barely stand in the morning until I've stretched and gently removed myself from the bed. When I try to roll or move during the night, I feel like I'm trying to get out of a hole. I contacted mattress firm about this and the customer service rep said that he didn't know how much money I spent on the mattress but I get what I pay for and that my warranty was ended after a year. Basically that I'm out of luck with any support. Super unhappy and kind of at a loss.

We have owned this mattress for 2 years and slept on it for 6 months, not consective. The mattress squeaks so bad when anyone moves you can't get any sleep, beginning to sag, I roll to middle every night..

Mattress is a year old. I'm 120 lbs and it shouldn't have worn out already.
You sink in the middle, and on the edges, it feels like you are rolling to the middle. All I want is a nice firm mattress. I'm used to hard foam that lasts 10-15 years. This is the most expensive mattress I've ever had and it wore out right away.

I hate this mattress. As soon as I can afford a better quality mattress I'm making the investment. The mattress sinks in the abdominal/hip area very noticeably by a couple inches. If more than one person sleeps on this mattress it's a tremendously restless night.

this mattress was awesome for about a year.. then it started sinking. i have to flip flop all over the bed in order to find a spot that i can sleep with my butt or back not sunkin into a groove. i called the store when this started happening and was told it was under warranty, however, any stains on the mattress will void out this.... well, i am a woman over 40.. i get nite sweats so the is sweat stains where i lay... also was told i had to pay an inspector to come out..... i did my best to deal with the mattress as is.. periodically turning it around....
March of this year is 3 years since the purchase and i have not been able to sleep in the bed at all... i weigh about 124 lbs and in three years i have slept in this bed alone.... please tell me how when i get up in the morning it looks like a 300lb person just layed there all nite?????
i am beyond frustrated as the reviews for this mattress and this company are unacceptable.
it is clearly concerning that i cannot have this bed warrantied due to sweat stains as it causes wonder as to how this is relevant unless you are planning to resell a defective mattress.
my mattress seems to have already been slept in for quite sometime in order to create such a deep groove in the center.. DID I PAY ALMOST 600$ FOR A USED MATTRESS?????

We bought a Hampton and Rhodes Cushion Firm and love it
We needed a new bed our first we bought was a Posturepedic Camerion Cushion Firm. Want to talk about sleeping on a ROCK. I hated it! Wanted something more like our old bed which was innerspring. Sadly all that was available was Hampton and Rhodes. Had never heard of it before so was a little nerves buying. From day one I love our new bed. First few nights were a tad hard, after a week, I fell in love with our bed. Yes it isn't going to last for a long long time.10 years max. Hey for the price that's okay. At least I get a good nights sleep which for me is important. We've had ours for over 6 months and it seems to be well built.
Little Note: I'd not buy the pillow top they all seem to sag, that is what the sales guy said.
