The first year was good and after that there was a steady decline and the mattress just got worse and worse. I'm having a new bed from Happy sleeper delivered here in about 1 hour, and I bought it for less then the HR440. I bought The Hampton, with out reading the reviews about the mattress. The reviews are not good

For this mattress to only be 4 years old it has worn horribly. Purchased this at Mattress Firm for a king size bed. It literally has divots where our bodies lay. The middle is bowed due to no one sleeping there. We wake up daily with neck and back pain. You can't flip this mattress due to the way it is made, only turn it which we have done several times which only switches the divots and who is going to sleep in them. Worst purchase ever. Definitely not worth the money.
For an innerspring with memory foam, neither has felt like anywhere near any quality construction.
I expect a mattress to last a minimum of 7 years. I am easy on mattresses.
I had a innerspring prior that last 10 years and started showing wear and tear, sagging only at year 9.
This mattress 2 years in started showing sagging, edge sagging when sitting on edge, you cannot flip so there is that negative.
I would not buy this mattress again, even if someone else paid for it.

I had in a vacation home I own. The mattress was nice for no more than 1 year. After sleeping in one position for a few hours the body shape is imprinted, and you have to work hard to get out of the hole. Then you roll back into the imprinted hole. The mattress is swallow you up.

The only honest reason that I purchased this mattress was during hard physical and financial personal problems. Y’all should atleast attempt to dip the springs in a hard or soft rubber , so they won’t rip holes in the mattress and your body. ☮️🙏💟

Bought this bed 3 years ago and haven't had any problems with support, but am miserable at night with how hot it is. I've been able to get by most of the year but summers are unbearable. The mattress isn't even worn out and I'm already ready to ditch it and get a new one. Also, I don't move around much when I sleep and stay mostly in one spot, so the mattress is already seeing some indentation from where I sleep. It's been mostly comfortable, but I wish I had never bought this mattress.
Had this mattress for about 2 years now and this last year (especially last few months) have been HELL. I cry at night because I know I have to sleep on it. I get only a few hours of sleep broken up because Im constantly in pain. I have had back pain in the past but this mattress has made it much worse. I have to get back injections now for the pain.

I now after 2 1/2 years need to get a new mattress wouldn’t even be able to resell due to sagging and lumps I Would not recommend To anyone. What a waste of money. I was able to sleep on my previous mattress for 20 years.
