For only sleeping on this mattress for 3 months I can't believe it wore out so fast. It has a gully in the center. I had to put a bed board under the mattress to help.
How did this ever pass government regulations?
This is the worst mattress ever for an exuberant amount of money. I’ve had cheaper mattresses that were way better than this. I trusted the brand because it was made by mattress firm but I was wrong. Only a couple months after I got this bed it started to sink in the middle. It creaks as if I’ve had it for 15 years and I’ve only had it for 2. I’ve never gotten a goodnight sleep in this mattress and since I’ve had it I’ve only had back problems. Because it sags my back is not supported and I can feel it straining and twisted. I can’t wait to get a new mattress tomorrow!
Last night I woke up to a sagging bed andunpleasant smell, which turned out to be memory gel from this bed!!!! I called the store (mattress-firm) because of sagging after being told it was not sagging in store than she hung up so I look up mattress to find it had a

It is hard to believe that a 98 pound person could leave an impression on a mattress, but there it is. If a mattress is so soft that pillows leave an impression, it is too soft.

Do not buy! Sinks in in the middle after a couple months and becomes impossible to sleep on. Currently sleeping on an air mattress until I get a new one.

This mattress felt so different and comfortable in the store versus sleeping on a new one in my home. I needed a medium feel that would cushion my shoulder and hip pressure points, which this does to some degree. However, there is little to no support for my back and spine; it's just too soft and sinks too deeply making it difficult to roll over from side to side, due to the impression my body has created. The edge of the mattress offers no support as well, and slopes too much towards the floor when sitting on the edge.
