This has been the worst mattress I’ve ever had. I’m use to double sided Posturepedic mattresses, where one side is firm and the other is medium soft. But this mattress is only soft on both sides and I fee cheated.

Like sleeping in a hammock after a year, joke of a warranty
At first we were very pleased with the mattress, and how it felt. However within the first year our mattress started sinking in both places where we sleep. By 18 months the indentions were so bad you could see them with our bed made up. Contacted the company we bought our mattresses from and they put me in contact with someone at Golden Mattress. The "warranty" Golden Mattress provides is an absolute joke. Basically they have so many rules - and there needs to be 2 inch indentions before they consider it an issue. Almost 1 1/2" indentions in 18 months (and I weight 110 lbs). Cheap, horrible mattress, 0 customer service from Golden Mattress. Would NEVER recommend.
I feel this mattress has been declining over the years since we purchased it. After the 6th year, I have had it with the quality. It's a king size mattress and it slopes on either side, tremendously. I called the company about this and its warranty. They responded that the warranty covers 5 yrs, no questions asked, but on the 6th year, you have to pay $125 per year from your purchase if you wanted to replaced it. So for $750, plus delivery options, we could receive a new one. We paid about 1,200. When we purchased the mattress, we understood there was a 10 year warranty. There is, but you need to read the fine print. Would not purchase this mattress again, not even for $750...nor deal with this company. I recommend reading the fine print on the warranty and/or looking else where.
This is an incredibly comfortable mattress, I've loved it from day one although it did take a week or two to soften (a little too firm when brand new). Bought queen size when I was single, Rep was very clear that this was better for one person and I didn't want to pay the extra $200 when I didn't need it. Unfortunately about a year after purchase I moved in with my now husband and we quickly learned it was definitely not built for 2 because we rolled into each other, although still very comfortable, just snuggly lol. Maybe king would be better but not sure. Still a great mattress, excellent value and our guests always love sleeping on it.

I love my Lex Gel Euro top mattress. I previously slept on a very expensive serta and it could not hold up to this lex gel. I have recommended it to many people.

My bed is not box spring so sagging occurs at the end of the bed. It's very uncomfortable for two people sleeping on it but then again I have a full size. The sagging in the middle is fine with one person but sharing makes avoiding the middle very difficult. The price isn't bad for a relatively decent mattress. I would recommend a box spring for more support. I also usually wake up stiff but that might not be just the beds fault.
I have slept on 2 different Sterns and Foster Mattresses for over 15 years. When it was time for a new bed I stopped by Mattresses 2 Go just to look since it was a new store. I told the sales lady what I liked and she directed me to a couple of good mattresses. I tried the Natural Impressions and it felt like my Sterns and Foster Silver Dreams. I was a little uncertain because I had never heard of Golden Mattresses and it was such a good price I didn't believe it could last very long. The lady assured me it was a reputable company with a good warranty. I bought the queen for my guest room so I could try it out before I bought for the master bed. It has the same feel as the Sterns and I am quite impressed. Thank you Kimberly for helping me get a great nights sleep. I love my bed!
