Best mattress ever

I bought this queen mattress in 2010 for myself. Moved, got a king with my wife and this became our daughter’s mattress. She abused it, terribly, for 10 years, and it was still a very comfortable mattress. When she moved the mattress had to be disposed of because it was filthy and I’m sad about it because it was such a comfortable one.

Great at first, worse and worse as the years go on

I bought an Englander "Nature's Finest" mattress years ago, and it conformed to our bodies after a few years and we just keept sinking in further over time. It became more and more uncomfortable to the point I have thrown my back out 2 times sleeping on it. I recently got a memory foam topper for it and it doesn't help a bit. I don't have the receipt, and it's now just past the 10 year mark anyway. Maybe they have gotten better over the years and last longer now, but I am finally looking for a new mattress and will not be getting another one of these.

Waste of money

In less than a year of usage now I really regret buying this mattress. Was told that this has 10 year warranty but now I struggle to get the after sale support. It’s very very bad. After a week they sent one person for inspection only and still don’t know the outcome. Me and wife both are having severe body pain for the past one month because of this mattress. We are sleeping on the floor for past one week and feel much better. Very poor quality and after sale service

Excellent Couple's bed for the partner who likes soft

Terrible mattress

I bought a Beauty Rest and Scott switched it to a terrible Sutherland mattress from Oregon Mattress that was closed down. He brought another, same brand that was worse, he says he's done helping and so is his Brother Eric. No Beauty Rest and I have a failed back surgery because of this piece of junk bed, hardware loosened ... scam artists, not right!

a poor example of a high end mattress

The mattress after just a few years and routine rotation has two body channels with a center hump that is unacceptable. Having two homes with two beds to sleep on we feed our high end E Hotel Atlantis. After 4 years we’re shopping fir a new one!

Dream cushion Pillowtop mattress Soft and Perfect!

I purchased this mattress from Fingerhut-full size. It was a beautiful floral mattress with a pillow top. I have had it about 21 years. I have purchased a queensize bed and two new mattress/box spring sets and still end up going into my Guest bedroom to sleep on my Englander Dream Cushion pillowtop. I love a mattress that is like a soft cushiony cloud- hate firm mattresses! This mattress is perfect! I need another just like it! At 21 years of age and less than 400.00 for box spring and mattress, it beats my 800.00 set all to heck. Thank you for the softest bed ever!

The soft side and hard side is stupid. Wish I never bought

Constantly turning sleeping for awhile on soft then hard and at 73 it’s heavy. Like buying at Costco better because if mattress is not holing up they take it back no questions asked. Bad investment. And has a huge lump in middle.

Comfortable for 3 months only

I loved it for about 90 days; then, surprisingly, it began to develop the dreaded body-mold 'dent' even though I conscientiously followed the manufacturer's directions to rotate it regularly per schedule. The depression in the middle is so bad that you could bury a body in it. Slight exaggeration but it truly is a very deep indentation--so bad that I even turned it over and tried to sleep on the back side of it. That helped two nights. SO disappointed. Did Englander sell their name to someone??

Where has Englander been...best kept secret!

Definitely worth asking the question of asking what mattress is better for those weighting over 200 pounds (20 year warranty, 10 years non pro-rated)...hoping not to need to worry about the warranty but this is the 3rd King size mattress we have bought over the last 15 years.
