Dreamcloud premier rest

i just purchased this mattress, I will say I love my mattress, I went with premier rest. mainly because im a heavier weight 285 pounds. I previously had a tempurpedic, was a good mattress but i did not realize and thought i was told by my salesman that tempurpedic last 20 years. they don't, mine was 13 years old and the past 3 years i woke up every morning sore. if you are a bigger person i recommend the premier rest especially if you are a side sleeper, I love it, to me it feels like a memory foam with lumbar support, no pain since i got this.

Worse investment

Decided to get a king size bed for the first time. I'm 350 pounds and my wife is 120 pounds. Every since we've got this I've had the worse upper back and neck pain and she has has back pain. It feels like the middle is raised up and no support on the edges. I can't explain it but I've had tingling in my arms and my neck has been extremely sore. I'm about to switch and it's only been a week.

Great - but doesn't last.

Mattress felt great at first, but less than 6 months in, the support foams felt like they were failing. Less than 3 years in we're replacing it, after multiple times trying to contact the company to see if there was a warranty issue with zero response. Would never recommend.

I was so excited about this mattress at first. I bought it in July of 2021. By October, it was squeaking and sagging on the edge. Warranty was relatively easy and they sent a replacement. The new mattress sags in the middle and is also squeaky. I am getting my money back and looking for a different mattress

DO NOT BUY PLATFORM

DO NOT GET THE PLATFORM. I have received 3 platforms from this company within the 3 months I had ordered the mattress. The platforms are not stable and are made of cheap materials and WILL break. Be wary - after 50 days, they won't refund you. That being said, I have a new platform I received that I cannot get a refund for, and am willing to sell for cheaper than listing price. If interested, you can contact me at camw414 @ gmail.com. The mattress is very comfortable and is good quality. I sleep on my side most of the time and I find that it supports my hips well. I've decided to get another frame to support the mattress because their platform beds are NOT worth it.

Comfortable but sides tend to collapse or sag on sides

I purchased the luxe queen sized bed and ordered the adjustable frame, when it was delivered I realized they sent both the regular frame and the metal adjustable frame, I contacted customer support which said they would email me a return label, after not receiving the label I emailed customer support person requested it again and they finally sent the return label, I hadn't even opened the box and since it weighed 130 lbs I needed help getting it to my porch to be picked up. I had surgery and was recovering soon afterwards the stay at home order was given for the corona virus pandemic, I called customer support regarding shipping information as weight and contact number required by fedex each time I called weighted 30 minutes or more before abandoning the call, when I finally got through they said they could not accept return shipment because it was past the 50 day frail period, I tried to explain the frame was in the box unopened and due to delays with customer service and corona virus issues I expected them to treat me as a satisfied customer I was wrong they defused to accept the return of the frame, very poor customer service and ordering system that never questioned a purchase of two separate bed frames for the single mattress...I will not purchase a second kind size mattress as planned...mattress was mediocre but original delivery was left at the end of driveway and each box weighed over 100lbs they had listed my cell incorrectly so no notification...

Not sleeping on a cloud

We bought this mattress to help my wife back pain, it's gotten worse. With that being said, I now have developed constant nagging back pain, numbness in my shoulder, extreme pain in my hips. Getting help from Dream cloud customer service was like pulling teeth (both on the phone and online chat), they never seem to be able to chat and the phone lines are always busy. I finally got a hold of customer service and now they want me to do the leg work to get rid of the mattress. That mean I need to 1 track down an cheatable organization to come pick it up, or take it to one of those place because they don't want to come pick up the mattress, then only after confirmation of ME getting rid of the mattress will they start the refund process (which will be 30 days from the time of confermation. I explained that I am older and don't exactly have the capabilities to be hauling this mattress around, they don't care, I feel their attitude is, you bought it, if you want to return it you have to deal with the mattress. Another thing about Dream Cloud customer service, the 365 night trial and lifetime warranty come with conditions and is not as friendly as the advertisement, so read all that they post. One last thing, I was never provided a PO, a packing list, or even a order number, the only way I was able to contact them was when the sent their survey.

Dreamcloud Talks Tufted Mattress But Sends Lumpy Quilted Top

This is a 100-pound mattress when it arrives at your door. But it's not what is described on the site. Dreamcloud has had enough time to change their manufacturing processes, but they can't seem to find time to make a five-minute text update to their site?! It's NOT a hand-tufted mattress. It is a lumpy quilted top. It sags in the middle and is much worse than my year-old all-foam Tuft and Needle. I know mattresses are a personal preference. If you like plusher mattresses and you are a lighter person, you might like this mattress. But you aren't getting what has been described! And you won't have an easy time reaching customer service about it, either. Still waiting on responses from them five days later. Finally, I'd like to see the "science" that all these mattress companies are touting that it takes your own body 30 days to adjust to a new mattress. I don't need 30 days before I sleep well on a hotel mattress! What they mean is that their own product needs 30 days to break in. So stop treating me like I don't know that difference. But sadly this mattress "broke in" overnight. It was supportive the first night and saggy the next. Not impressed and can't recommend it, nor the company behind it.

Anything but a dream...

BUYER BEWARE: This is officially the worst company I have EVER purchased anything from and their product is manufactured in China and mediocre at best. The edge support on this mattress is non-existent - when you sit on the side of this bed, you practically fall off. I purchased a mattress, bed frame/headboard for $1900 on 1/26/19 and by 3/6/19 they never delivered all of the parts I needed to set up the bed. I slept on a mattress ON THE FLOOR for two months. I STILL haven't received a refund (as of today 3/20/19), which I am fighting for every day. I have returned, donated and disposed of everything - following all of their instructions (their return process is a nightmare). Please do not do business with this company - they are non-responsive and customer service is full of "yes" people who make promises and don't follow through.

Luxurious and comfortable~

The DreamCloud met our expectations--it is very new-we've only slept on it about 10 days. The gas-off odor is still prevalent but not like the first few days. It apparently does take a bit to wear off. We tried a friend's before ordering--even with their guarantee, we were reluctant to order a mattress online. Extremely comfortable and I know I am not tossing and turning in bed as I used to. One big caveat--we ordered the DreamCloud mattress protector, and did not like the way it affected the mattress comfort. It was extremely thick and bulky and changed the feel of the mattress. Alas, we found it was not returnable! At $109, was a fairly good investment that did not work out.
