Not sleeping on a cloud

We bought this mattress to help my wife back pain, it's gotten worse. With that being said, I now have developed constant nagging back pain, numbness in my shoulder, extreme pain in my hips. Getting help from Dream cloud customer service was like pulling teeth (both on the phone and online chat), they never seem to be able to chat and the phone lines are always busy. I finally got a hold of customer service and now they want me to do the leg work to get rid of the mattress. That mean I need to 1 track down an cheatable organization to come pick it up, or take it to one of those place because they don't want to come pick up the mattress, then only after confirmation of ME getting rid of the mattress will they start the refund process (which will be 30 days from the time of confermation. I explained that I am older and don't exactly have the capabilities to be hauling this mattress around, they don't care, I feel their attitude is, you bought it, if you want to return it you have to deal with the mattress. Another thing about Dream Cloud customer service, the 365 night trial and lifetime warranty come with conditions and is not as friendly as the advertisement, so read all that they post. One last thing, I was never provided a PO, a packing list, or even a order number, the only way I was able to contact them was when the sent their survey.
