DREAMSTAR - BUYER BEWARE they will not WARRANTY !!
feels like your sleeping in a pocket and over time has gotten worse
reached out to customer service they asked for pictures etc etc.. provided all information they come back and said that my foundation was poor and the mattress would not be covered they clearly just dont warranty and stand behind their products buyer beware.
now to be clear I purchased the recommended foundation from the bed company and its a fully supported Platform bed with 100% support yet they tell me its not sufficient support they just don't want to warranty anything so much for their bragged about 10 year warranty when they will cover within less than 2 years when their is clearly a problem.!!! don't do it do not. buy from them you will regret the purchase. and from reading other reviews it appears that others are having same issues as I am.

the mattress leaves indents where you sleep. if you try to sleep on your back you are sloped toward the bed edge. the middle is higher than the edge. not at all good for a bad back. CRAP over all.
Bought this matter was from a supplier where I buy my mattress all the time. Supplier always was helpful but manufactures is really bad with the product and worst with there service. Supplier stop carrying this brand after lots of complaint from customer. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.
Dreamstar is amazing. I have had my bed for over three years and I have to say it was the best purchase. I sleep well, no pains at all and just an overall great experience. I have recommended this amazing company to many people and have received great reviews from them. Try it out for yourself, you won't regret it!
This is my first Dreamstar mattress and before purchasing I was a little worried because I had not heard of them before and there were not many reviews about them online. I purchased the Hilton mattress 2 years ago and it is still in excellent condition. I am very impressed with my mattress and I probably would have had to pay well over $1000 to get the same quality in another brand. I sleep on my own, I am 5ft 11 inches and I weigh about 185 lbs.
2 weeks after purchasing our Dreamstar mattress one of the diamond shape patterns came undone, causing it to completely come apart. Upon calling the business we purchased it from, they didn't return our calls for months. Finally when a Dreamstar rep star was reached, they were the most rude and hostile people we had ever encountered (they actually told me to "just get out of bed to let them in," while I was at home with pneumonia). After her entering, she spotted a stain (which occurred 2 months after our initial conversation). We knew this stain would void the warranty, but the inspection was to be of the mattress coming apart, not the stain. After she accused us of cutting the mattress, I showed her 7 other diamond shapes that were coming apart and had loose strings. She took out a pair of scissors (I have pictures and video) and proceeded to cut those strings. Now, not only do we not have warranty and 1 loose area, but our entire mattress is coming apart. No one at Dreamstar, their rep, or the business that sold us the mattress will offer any assistance. All agreed that the rep should not have cut the mattress, but not one person will do anything about it. We have never been treated so poorly, had such a horrible product, and have had worse costumer service.
Third dream star mattress under warranty. This one had major indentations in just 4 days. Worst mattress we have ever tried. An under 100$ mattress would be better.
The mattress was very cheap at teppermans. It is of better quality when compared to others in that price range. It is just as good as more expensive brands.So, even after a hard day's work this mattress helps with any muscle pain (you may get from working). It's very comfortable, and lasts a long time with the right amount of firmness for aching muscles. I would definitely recommend DreamStar because of this.
This mattress was made by Dream Star Bedding but I bought it from www.directbed.ca. In my opinion it was better value than the endy and casper, big difference, I could go into their store and check it out before I bought it. The owner of the store also gave me a good discount when I bought it.
The pillow cushion is flattening down,the top of the mattress is leaning to one side.the center of mattress is sagging.I sent pictures to the company and they just keep stalling me asking for more and more pictures.the place I bought from will not even talk about it.there is no warranty with this matress.be careful purchasing.we only had matress 6 months.cant imagine what it will look like in a year.we wished we would have kept our old one.
