Completely fell apart

2 weeks after purchasing our Dreamstar mattress one of the diamond shape patterns came undone, causing it to completely come apart. Upon calling the business we purchased it from, they didn't return our calls for months. Finally when a Dreamstar rep star was reached, they were the most rude and hostile people we had ever encountered (they actually told me to "just get out of bed to let them in," while I was at home with pneumonia). After her entering, she spotted a stain (which occurred 2 months after our initial conversation). We knew this stain would void the warranty, but the inspection was to be of the mattress coming apart, not the stain. After she accused us of cutting the mattress, I showed her 7 other diamond shapes that were coming apart and had loose strings. She took out a pair of scissors (I have pictures and video) and proceeded to cut those strings. Now, not only do we not have warranty and 1 loose area, but our entire mattress is coming apart. No one at Dreamstar, their rep, or the business that sold us the mattress will offer any assistance. All agreed that the rep should not have cut the mattress, but not one person will do anything about it. We have never been treated so poorly, had such a horrible product, and have had worse costumer service.
