My thoughts. I feel like I went to a used car salesman. WAY too much money for this bed. Dips in the center and I can never get comfortable. I called 8 weeks after rotating it every week and they said that it can take 6 months to "break in". Well that's great the 6 months is out of a time period to really do anything about it. This mattress is so uncomfortable. I should have ran when they said there was a 40% restocking fee if I don't like it. Should have stopped right there. Red flag. Leave. I will never own another Bowles product again.
Depression appeared in center of mattress after two months. Was told they would repair it at no cost, even though the depression was slightly less than the one and a-half inch they consider normal, if I brought it to the factory. Otherwise there is a standard $100 pick up and delivery fee.
This bed is killing my back and, although we tried to return it 2 nights after purchase, there is a no return policy. Do NOT buy from Bowles!! If the bed doesn't work out for you, too bad. You may have spent a lot of money, but you are stuck with it
Really had a good experience. Run like a mom and pop shop. Very accomodating in the delivery and setup. Polite delivery personel that I would recommend,
I purchased not one but two luxury mattresses from Bowles. One Queen for my mother and a King for myself. Mine was $2200. Within 6 months mine had a dip and my mother's also. It was so bad I had horrible back pain and had to turn around and sleep foot to head until we both up and bought new mattress from mattress and more. Now I have no issues. I did attempt to call and get the problem fixed. I was told the solution would be to pull up the pillow top and place a board underneath then re-sew the pillow top back on. Ridiculous!!
BTW: I placed a review on the Better Business Bureau and the Bowles company got them to remove it!!
