Very comfortable, great support yet plush at the same time.

I've been sleeping on firm spring beds for many years for the back support, this bed is so comfortable - soft and plush yet super supportive as well. Have had the best sleep in years since we got this bed. Seems very well made, and i feel the price is fair and ordering process was easy. It was a bit heavy to get up the stairs, get some help if you have to move yours up stairs or are getting a big mattress (ours is king size). I love the concept of firmness adjustability, but have left ours as configured upon delivery, which is the softest, i believe. The bed did have a fairly strong smell when new, not sure how people claim theirs did not. However, i expected that from any foam bed and the smell is less offensive than the only other foam mattress i have purchased. One tip on this - not sure why the manufacturer doesn't recommend this... After waiting 2 days with little noticeable difference in the smell, I unzipped the cover and removed the top cover, the foam topper, and unzipped and opened the bottom compartment as well, leaving the bottom memory foam layer exposed. I layed out the topper and cover, and set up a box fan so it was blowing across all of the foam. I left it like this for about 48 hrs in a room with a window cracked open (its winter here in the northeast currently). This made a significant difference and we put it all back together and are left with a very mild odor that you cannot smell unless you put your nose to the mattress. This compared to a very obvious odor when it first came. If you buy one, Do yourself a favor and invest the time wnd effort to "air it out" as i described, its worth it.

Great Mattress!

Stop your exhaustive research about which memory foam bed to buy, and choose this one from BedInABox.com. My husband and I did our research and found that this bed was offered at roughly a third of the price as its competition for an equivalent quality mattress, foundation and frame. Delivery was quick, and my husband had no problem assembling the foundation and bed frame. You will be happy with your decision!

Wonderful bed at a great value!

I did a lot of research before buying a bed, and I am glad I did. I chose to buy the 11" memory foam mattress from BedinABox along with the foundation and bed frame. All were shipped quickly, and the overall cost was about a third as much as their competitors. I am very happy with my decision, the quality of the items ordered, and the commitment of BedinABox to customer satisfaction. Now, one of the best parts of my day is going to sleep at night. This is the Seventh mattress we have purchased from bedabox

These mattresses are more comfortable than the mattresses we have purchased costing more than twice as much and they are just as durable as the highly advertised ones we have. Glad I found this mattress company in 2007.

No More Pain

I no longer have pain in my shoulder, neck, and hips. The mattress is what I hoped for and I am glad that we bought it because I feel normal when I wake up instead of literally having to move my head with my hands because of a sore neck.

Finally can sleep at camp

After years of back aches and sleeping in a chair at camp finally it's comfortable to sleep in the bed. The 11 inch mattress is wonderful, comfortable and works for both my husband and myself though we are at opposite ends of the size spectrum. Great product worth every penny.
