Everything was easy to setup

I purchased the full bed package, which included the frame, the recommended wooden mattress support, and the mattress. The mattress was a bit heavy to carry by myself, but I was able to manage it. The frame and the mattress support were easier to carry up stairs. The frame's instructions were easy to understand and the frame was assembled very quickly and easily. The wooden mattress support also had easy to follow instructions and it was easy to assemble. The mattress instructions were also fairly straightforward, but I had also watched some YouTube videos of the mattress setup, so it was very easy.

Money Well Spent

This is by far one of the best beds I have ever owned. My last bed failed prematurely due to bad support. I bought this bed as a replacement and I was recommended this product by a good friend of mine. The price of the bed was reasonable and the it is a good value. I ordered the hardwood frame with the bed and it works perfectly with the mattress. Other memory foam beds I have slept one pale in comparison to this mattress. The only downside to this is the weight. The queen sized mattress weights about 100 pounds and requires 2 people to set up the bed. Other than that, No complaints. Best Product Ever.

Don't buy a mattress that you can't try first

I bought this mattress because of all the good reviews online. It was too soft for us. I contacted customer service and they told me how to adjust the softness,but it is still too soft.I was not able to return it because it was not defective.I just bought the wrong mattress. I had to sell it on craigslist for half what I paid. Not worth it.

Sleeping on a Cloud

We love our memory foam mattress. No pressure points and no more back pain. Highly recommended for the price. No need to spend $2000.00 plus dollars when, you can almost have the same comfort for $800.00. We ordered the additional foam for the 11 inch mattress and haven't looked back since. Needless to say, we have been sleeping in heaven for over a month now. We did extensive research and read countless reviews prior to our purchase. I highly recommend "BedInABox". Great night's sleep

This bed was an excellent purchase for us. I no longer wake up with lower back pain and how I lay just right against the mattress. Our only complaint is that we now find ourselves oversleeping because we don't want to get out of bed in the morning. For the comfort and satisfaction of this mattress, you can't beat the price tag and the free shipping bedinabox.com offers.

A Hidden Treasure for the Common Working Man/Woman

Bed.in.a.Box can go toe to toe with any of those bigger name beds for a fraction of the price. Every person deserves a good nights rest and the people at bed.in.a.box has made it possible. This mattress came in 3 days rolled up surrounded by plastic and once it was unpacked it took its original form. Slept on it that night and literally laid down and did not move a muscle until I woke up in the morning feeling refreshed and pain free for the first time in many many years. I looked at the those other 'gel/foamed' beds but new that it would never happen because I couldn't afford to pay those ridiculous prices, but then I came upon bed.in.a.box and the reviews were all overwhelming positive and the price was affordable. They have a money back policy and a great warranty, I had nothing to loose. if you are on the fence about what bed to purchase then question no more, order your bed.in.a.box and you will never regret it!!

First Foam

I have only had this Mattress a week now and it has done wonders for my Body. I have never had a Memory Foam Mattress until now. The Mattress had no odor when opened and it felt very firm when I slept on it that night. I hope that it will soften up a little over time. I went to Ashley store and tried out the side and back test on all of the Tempur-Pedic Mattresses. You can feel their Mattresses take you in with that sinking feeling, until it conforms to your Body. The Pac-Bed does not have that. The sleep result is very good for now, I just need to find some Pillows that will work with the Bed. The ones I have now are making the Neck sore. For the Price/Warranty, I don't think that you can go wrong with buying a Mattress from Bed in a Box. I would say go for it, if you don't like it, send it back. That is the best part and if you ask Ashley about returning a 3k mattress, good luck, well that is what the guy said to me.

After quite a bit of research, I took a chance and bought a twin-xl original PacBed Gel mattress on-line through Bed In A Box. I am very happy I did so. I also purchased a simple wood platform bed, which was easy to assemble, as a base. The Regency Mattress Pad I bought to go with the mattress is plush and complements the mattress nicely. From the first night I have found this mattress to be extremely comfortable. For me at least is provides just the right amount of support and plush comfort. Bed In A Box advertises this as a "medium firm" mattress in their line. As a side/back sleeper, I no longer wake up with shoulder discomfort as I did with my old mattress. I haven't quite decided yet if this mattress is going to be too warm, as it's winter right now. If I find that it's a little warm during spring and summer, I can always purchase one of Bed In A Box's Outlast cooling mattress pads. In summary - this is a great mattress. No regrets with the purchase. I highly recommend this mattress.
