I haven't had a good nights sleep since making this purch...

I haven't had a good nights sleep since making this purchase less than 2 weeks ago. I get up earlier than needed every morning because my back is hurting . We got a comfort guarantee when we bought this bed and I can hardly wait to exchange it . This is the first time in my life to return a bed but my sleep has been miserable with this bed. It felt comfortable for the few minutes I lied on it in the store so I was surprised after sleeping on it that it would be so wrong for me.

I believe a mattress with about 4-6" of foam on top of a ...

I believe a mattress with about 4-6" of foam on top of a firm mattress would fit my comfort zone and sleep patterns better. If I move to the middle of my mattress there is plenty of support then during sleep I tend to roll back into the hammock area on either side.

Best Mattress We've Ever Had!

We learned about the Bed Boss when we stayed for a month in a condo at Admirals Quarters in Orange Beach, Alabama. Our owners had purchased a queen Bed Boss and it was wonderful. I did some research when we returned home and ordered one for us. We have been sleeping on this wonderful mattress for almost 2 years. I previously had spine surgery and have rods and screws in my lower back. This mattress has definitely improved my sleep and I awake with no back pain.

The most comfortable bed I have ever laid on

This bed is for people who want a very soft bed. It is not firm at all, which is why I love it. I absolutely hate a firm bed. It is listed as a medium soft, but it is really extremely soft. I am a large man (300lb plus, over 6ft tall) and after about 6 years, it now has a small depression on the part I normally sleep on. A smaller person might never have this issue; my wife's side is still perfect. I have owned far more expensive beds that are nowhere near as comfortable as this one. Tem and Sleep Select are both horrible in comparison, for me, anyway. For one thing, Temp's beds always seem hot and this mattress is very cool. I picked it up in Bristol, VA at a mattress shop for 1100, with the base, delivered, including tax after a bit of haggling. Couldn't be happier for the price. I am currently looking to replace it with another identical bed. Since it lasted for 6 years, the cost works out to less than 50 cents a night for great sleep... that's worth it any day in my book.

No comfort like sleeping on cement.

Order this bed a month ago from one of there distributor in New Oleans, La. Area ( Necessity Furniture ). Owner had bed in store Visco heir ET and store had a chance to lay on it, and brought wife back so that she had a change to try it out she like the feel of it to. before burying this mattress test a couple of other mattress such as Serta I comfort, Tempurpedic and Sealy optimum. This one felt like closet to tempurpidic mattress. Went back to purchase form Necessity because they said if didn't like in 30 day would exchange for another bed from bed boss , if not I would have order online. We'll anyway bed was deliver within 3 days. Let air out for 42 hour as recommend. First week would sink down in for first couple of minutes than you felt like you were laying on a cement floor call the we're purchase mattress from said would soften up couple of week of lying down. Did but seen to get worst started getting shoulder and back pain. We'll any been about call owner back and stated there was nothing that he can do for me, had the nerve to tell me put in another bedroom or try to sell on Craig list. So that just $1000 for worst less mattress. And the other thing state have a 10 yrs warrens but who are you going to call or go to ,so buyer beware. Also so what chiropractic or doctor recommend this bed does it name them.Also think about what there say on there web site no comfort guarantee,why would you by something no body would back up. If buying a mattress try getting a 30 to 120 day to try out . Don't buy or you be sorry

Not sure about other folks posting such negative reviews...

I had to put my review here because, not only do I own the Visco Heir ET and absolutely love it, I also purchased the Visco Revolution and love it as well. We've owned our Heir ET for almost 4 years now and I recommend it all the time for its build quality, excellent and continued supportive feel over the years, and the fact that it can be purchased online for as much as 1/5th the price of similar quality memory foam beds! I have to believe that something is "fishy" with the 1 star reviews. I mean, seriously, that is such BS. If you ever slept on a top quality memory foam mattress - let's say, Tempur-Pedic Allura or Grand - you will LOVE the Heir ET and the Revolution (I can only speak for the mattress styles I personally experienced and own). Good luck in your search!

Like sleeping on a board. We now wake up aching and sore.

We saw the Visco Revolution at our local Mattress & Furniture Express store in Cincinnati. We liked the floor model that we tested in the store so we bought it. It was very comfortable and felt soft but not too soft. After a week or so we decided to talk to "Bill", the owner of the store and he told us "if we don't like the mattress, put it in another room and buy another mattress". It was delivered and setup up by them and there was no receipt or warranty papers left. I had to go back to the store and pick them up. That's when we found out that there isn't a comfort warranty. We also just realized that the bed that was delivered is the Visco Revolution +gel. The one that we tested, liked and bought at the store did not state the "+gel" on the bed. We are wondering if we even recieved the same mattress that we thought we where purchasing. This mattress is supposed to be a soft mattress. It feels like very firm. We are very unhappy and wish that we would have bought a well known brand name mattress.

Bad bad bad choice for a mattress

This bed sags, it offers NO support. It is poor quality in a mattress. Wish we would have spent the 1,500 we paid for this mattress, and paid the difference for a temper pedic. It is like sleeping on a broken down mattress that when you lay on it you roll into a hole.

BAD BED BOSS

After having back surgery, purchased a bed and had to return it for the FIRM one, It was no better than the first! So soft and saggy! Had rotator cuff surgery! This bed made it impossible to get out without struggling and having severe body pain! Have purchased a Sealy firm and am waking up WITHOUT pain or struggling to crawl out! This is the WORST bed I have ever purchased with a LOSS of $900 and constant pain. Was told by the store owner that if it measured 1.5 inches (sag) it was defective. Called owner today and was told it was not defective. Delivery person said it was one inch sag. Seems like owner has now changed his measurements! Should I be surprised? NO! It's not about a happy or healthy customer! It's about money! I'm stuck with a mattress that I can't sell or sleep on!
