Not worth the money

This mattress started sagging with a few months. It is 7 months old and I dread going to bed at night knowing I will have very little sleep and a sore back in the morning. It is the worst mattress I have ever owned and was the most expensive.

Crappy mattress

I purchased this mattress about 8 months ago and I chose ultra firm base on when I were at the store. I chose this same brand because the one I had before was excellent. This new mattress of course offers more features than the previous one that I owned. And I was very happy for the first 6 months and then it started to form a body impression in the middle. I woke up one morning and my lower back started to hurt. I switched to sleep on the other end and for a few days and then the body impression started too. I ordered a firm memory topper and it also worked for a month or so. I called the company and complained and it sent someone over to inspect. It later on blamed on my bed frame which also brand new I purchased the same time as the mattress. DO NOT BUY this type of mattress from Simmons.

Way too firm

We were told this would be a softer mattress since its plush. It is hard as a rock. I haven't slept well for the two years we've owned it. Also, it feels like an inferno. Sleeps very hot. No more Beautyrest mattesses for my family.

Sleep america in mesa sold me a floor model beautyrest

They said it was new with a 10 year warranty. The bed edge is bulging out and has body indentation on one side. They sold me a floor model and when I tried to use the warranty they denied it.

Worst Mattress Ever !!!

This mattress through the first 2 months was great after that went down hill drastically . The support it gives is literally "0" after 3 months . The warranty was also no help stating I did not sink over 2 inches in any area , so claim denied . Will never purchase from there again , went back to my original brand company my family purchase mattress from "gold bond " and my back pains are gone !!!NEVER BUY FROM SIMMONS!!!

Avoid this mattress

We bought this mattress less than 6 months ago and it is already sagging on both sides and has humps in the middle of the bed. My husband and I are average size people and replaced our old mattress (12years old) with this new one. Our old one was more comfortable than this one. For the price we paid $1200 for mattress alone it should hold up better. We are now having to buy a bed topper to be able to sleep on it comfortably. We can't afford another mattress. I have fibromyalgia and must have a good night sleep. The warranty on this mattress states that the sags must be at least 1 3/4 inches deep to consider replacement and then you have to pay for a service call. You would think that this new of a mattress Beautyrest would dismiss service call. Best advice AVOID THIS MATTRESS!

You get what you pay for!

I bought this mattress on a promotional sale. It has been the worst mattress I have ever bought in my 70 years! I wake up several times a night with pain to the point of resorting to pain meds. Being on a fixed income I have had to wait to replace this awful mattress! I just paid $2000 for a quality mattress!!! Can not wait to sleep all night!

Like sleeping in a swamp...............a tropical swamp.....

Because the bed frame was high, I did not buy this mattress with a box spring. If Sleep Country had told me this was a really stupid idea, I would have chosen another mattress. As it was, this mattress definitely needs a box spring. I have the visits to my physiotherapist to prove it.

Does not last

I have had mattress replaced once and after a short 3 months it now has severe depressions where we sleep. We of of average weight so that is not issue. I have a mattress much older that does not have depressions like this one 3 months old. Mays has been good but will not get beatyrest again!
