its so so

while sleeping on this model, felt pressure on my back and hip. I thought it was the springy cools, come to find out it was a rippled layer of foam under the mattress pad. maybe the firm plush has to be broken in. the first 3 nights it was ok, but the last 3 weeks I wake up with lower back and hip and shoulder pain. but I notice each night just recently its not as hard as when I first received it. and I am not a large person.

Perfect mattress for me.

The beautyrest legend firm for my back and hip issues is the only mattress that I found to let me get a good night's sleep.

Very soft, cause back pain

It was very soft. After one night of sleeping, you can see the spot that you sleep in got a little sagging compare to other spot. How do you expect it to last 10 years? After 1 week, my back hurt so badly every time I wake up. The pain goes away after 10 minutes get out of bed. I am contacting the seller for an exchange, even I have to pay more.

POOR QUALITY

I've had this bed for a year now. I wanted to throw it out at 6 months. The side is leaning in and dips in the bed. Can't even move over you feel like your leaning. Very uncomfortable. There coming to look at it today. Hopefully they will take it back and I can get something better.

Sadly way too hot

This mattress is like a cloud to sleep on. I love its feel, but I can't sleep through the night without waking up sweating. I have to have a fan on to sleep on this mattress. Such a disappointment as I love jumping into bed it's so darn comfy. Tried a Leesa mattress before this. I didn't have the hot issues but I did have neck and shoulder pain because the mattress was too hard. Hopefully third time will be the charm. I'm going to try the Serra icomfort blue max touch 3000.

Worst mattress ever!

We bought this in a king, in just a little over a month it started sagging on the sides where we slept. We first thought we needed to adjust the center support of our frame but after months of adjusting we finally realized it was the mattress. I also have had major back and neck pain along with numbness in my legs and feet which also after doctor appointments figured out it was this mattress. We had a latex before which I didn't find very comfortable but at least I didn't have the pain. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone!

Dont waste your money

Wife and I got this mattress and have hated is since the day it arrived. Went back to the store where it was purchased and they would not help with a replacement or return. Told us to put a sheet of plywood between mattress and box spring if it was too soft. I did buy the medium firm bed. I did put plywood in and the bed shows significant wear and divits where we sleep. We started looking for a replacement this week as we can no longer sleep on this bed after not quite 3 years of use. I went from a wonderful Sterns and Foster that I had for 12 years to this POS. Buy something other then beautyrest.

I am ecstatic about this mattress, hard to get out of bed...

I am ecstatic about this mattress, hard to get out of bed because I lay there marveling at how wonderful it is! The level of support underneath is fantastic... then topped off with just the right amount of soft cushioning... like sleeping on a cloud! (but not too much pillow top that swallows you) No moving around trying to get comfortable, can fall asleep instantly... the only reason it's taken maybe a bit longer to fall asleep is because I want to savor the wonderful feeling of complete comfort, and wallow in it. This mattress has changed my life in a great way!!!

Like sleeping in a hammock

This mattress felt wonderful in the store but within 1 year had completely broken down as far as support. This is the worst mattress I have ever owned and was one of the worst investments I have ever made. Permanent valleys quickly developed where we sleep, with a ridge in the middle. Getting rid of it. I travel quite a bit and usually sleep fine on the road, only to wake up with a tight back at home. I will NEVER buy this brand again! High price, poor performance.

An Oldie but a Goodie

16 years and it is time to put this old mattress out to rest (pardon the pun) I have loved this mattress, so many times curling up in my bed and enjoying the feel of luxury. But it has developed a "divit" and it is time to go the the hunt for something new. I only hope the new model will give me as much comfort as this mattress has.
