I can't sleep due to being very uncomfortable. It's like sleep on something that's caving in on me. Badcock should be held accountable. I'm still paying for this garbage of a mattress that I've had less than a year.
This mattress has been a great one. We hate sleeping in luxury hotels because the beds the have can't compare to our mattress. Gonna buy another and praying for the same longevity we had or more.

I bought this mattress almost 4 years ago after about 18 months it started having sagging craters on both sides and got a lot worse the next two years- it needed replacing in the first two years but we couldn’t afford to look for another one until now- don’t buy this mattress if you are between 200/260 lbs it won’t last- The so called 10 year warranty should cover this- very disappointing

Badcock is horrible at helping the customers to be satisfied and we’ve had to endure this bed way too long!!!! But we have saved and are gonna but a new one never from them.
I bought this mattress with an adjustable base and just love it. The mattress is supportive without being hard with just enough cushioning to be gentle on joints and bones. I haven't had it long enough to vouch for it's longevity, but so far I am very pleased. My back feels so much better than the Sleep Number bed I had previously (which was about 10 years old and a basic model).
This mattress was fine for about 6 months. It has deep indentions on both sides of the bed where we lay. I have to lay the same way every night because of the indentions. This bed is not of good quality and does not support the back.
