Only lasted a year

It was great for about a year. Then it started to break down and sag in the middle. It is worn where i normally sleep. If my boyfriend sleeps with me we both roll toward the center. It’s terrible. Customer service is poor. Did not honor the warranty. Tried to tell me to flip the mattress (um hello, it’s built specifically to have a top and bottom of different construction. Flipping it makes zero sense and is a cop-out). Then they tried to give me a topper which was useless since it just meant the topper also sagged. Stupid. Terrible mattress. Terrible company. I feel scammed. I strongly advise against buying.

Too soft

I’m primarily a side sleeper and have had problems with both heat retention and pressure/soreness in my hips with a tempurpedic mattress. We bought this mattress thinking it would solve these problems. While I don’t feel the pressure pain I used to, the reality is that it is just too soft. If my partner and I am lying near each other the mattress literally sinks in. We have a combined weight of maybe 270 pounds as we are both on the smaller side.so no I am waking up with back pain I never experienced before. Fortunately the company is honoring the satisfaction guarantee and we are exchanging it for an AS3. Hoping this one works better for us.

Perfect balance of pressure relief and support

I’m a 250 lb side sleeper and have been searching for the right mattress, I tried a latex hybrid but it didn’t have enough pressure relief for my shoulders. The AS5 Hybrid has been a great solution, it has zoned support coils so your hips don’t sink in and great pressure relief on the shoulders. The memory foam is also very responsive and makes it easy to move around. The bio pur is one of the most temperature neutral foams I’ve tried. So far so good, not too many reviews out there but time will tell on durability. The mattress took a while to settle after taking it out of the box, the edge support consists of heavy duty foam and really isn’t the best.

took a chance on memory foam

Took a chance on Amerisleep. Purchased online on Mother's Day special with two pillows, frame and protector. Had previously purchased Sealy Posturepedic innerspring. Piece of junk after three years. Mattress Firm would not honor warranty for severe sagging. I was taking a big chance buying on line without first trying. I liked the idea foam materials were plant based oils. Not disappointed and would recommend this brand to anyone. I am looking for a second mattress for a second room. Amerisleep is a little more than I want to spend.

Terrible company, mediocre mattress

I paid $200 to expedite the shipping of the mattress but the only thing they expedited was the bed cover. When I got the shipping notification, I called to alert them to their error, but they refused to rectify the situation. All they did was refund my shipping and offer me a free pillow. But I have $900 in totally avoidable hotel bills... what does a free pillow do for me? Thanks for nothing.
