I spent $1000 on a spring air mattress expecting it to help me sleep better and last LONGER THAN A FEW MONTHS.I've tried to have them replace it but they tell me that almost an inch sagging in the middle is normal body impression after only A FEW MONTHS. They told me the frame was defective (missing a few screws) and that could be why there's sagging. I had the people deliver a new frame to replace the "old" one, they tell me there's nothing wrong with the frame. The drivers could see the sagging just by looking at the mattress. Mattresses are supposed to last years. This one lasted a few months. Customer service and quality control are nowhere to be found with this company.They shouldn't even exist.

I purchased the mattress from Mattress Discounters and have contacted the consumer inspections department multiple times. The bed apparently doesn't qualify as being defective although I've ony had the mattress a few months and it's already sinking in the middle. So I'm told the only way to get a replacement is to pay $129 or to wait until the mattress does qualify as defective. I'm unsatisfied with this mattress but I refuse to give spring air or mattress discounters any more of my money. I will not be referring anyone to either of these companies ever.
