Won’t Honor Warranty Even After “Accepting” The Claim

First, they didn’t respond or follow up with our warranty claim submission. After 90 days I called them and they couldn’t find it at first. Then they were rude, wouldn’t give me the direct contact information of the person in charge of warranty review. Even after they said they would accept and honor our claim, they refused to offer any discount off a replacement mattress. They refused any percentage of cash refund. They said we’d have to pay $250 to get a replacement mattress and it had to be the same size (they wouldn’t let us pay the difference for an upgrade). The worst customer service of ANY company I’ve ever dealt with!! Our $900 dollar bed only lasted 3 years with normal use for two 150-180 lb people. The warranty is a sham. Never buy from them!!!
