We bought 3 Pure Latex Bliss mattresses and a topper and some Pure Latex Bliss latex pillows. They all feel very comfortable to me and I was initially very happy except for the off-gassing. We bought an XL twin Nature, an XL twin 3" topper, a Queen Pamper and a Queen Nature. I like the firmness of the Pamper and my wife likes the softer Nature model. The salesman couldn't tell me the ILD information for each model so I went to the Pure Latex Bliss website over this past weekend. I couldn't find the ILD information there either so I emailed the company. I also saw to my disappointment a distinction between "Natural" and "All Natural" latex mattresses. I called Pure Latex Bliss to get more details. I got the ILD data sorta (I got the ILD ratings for the Pamper, but not all of the depths for each rating for the Nature model). The bigger concern/disappointment was learning that the mattresses and topper we bought are not all natural latex. From the "Pure Latex Bliss" name and the way they are marketed in stores, I just assumed that they are all natural latex, but found out that the models we bought are 40%/60% blends of natural latex and synthetic latex. I also learned that the mattresses typically sold in stores are not the all natural latex line; they are the blended models. "Pure Latex" doesn't mean all natural for Pure Latex Bliss. "Natural" latex doesn't mean all natural to Pure Latex Bliss. To make a distinction between "Natural" and "All Natural" that can only be learned on the Pure Latex Bliss website is very disappointing. If you are interested in all natural latex, then make sure that your purchase is what you think it is: their "All Natural" latex model line which has to be special ordered or buy from some other company that sells all natural latex mattresses.

First, thank you for your purchase. For those reading this review, let me make a couple comments. Our ALL NATURAL collection is available mostly at Organic type specialty sleep shops. Our NATURAL collection is available at more traditional type of stores. We make both collections because they tend to be two different type of customers. Simply put, ALL NATURAL is great for those who are environmentally conscious and NATURAL is great for those who are interested in a longer lasting mattress. Both are great mattresses. Neither the ALL NATURAL or NATURAL collection off gas toxic chemicals. BOTH are Oeko-tex certified. We are always happy to give our customers the ILD of our mattresses. Just call us and tell us which models you are looking at. If you have questions while shopping, feel free to call us at 404.260.7421 extension 1, email us using the contact us tab on the website or tweet us @latexbliss 7 days a week. Our goal is to help you. Kurt Ling President
I can tell you this about all natural vs 100% natural. Latex bliss makes BOTH the all natural is a product that will not last as long for sure. I sleep on a Nature with a 3" Pillow top and have had it for almost 3 years. I weigh almost twice as much as my wife :(. yet I have never needed to rotate my mattress period, There are absolutely no variances in firmness anywhere on the bed despite the disparity in weight. It is still as nice as the day we bought it. It has zero impressions on either surface ... The mattress and the pillow top are the same flat wonderful sleep surface that we expected. The terms used can be confusing however your mattresses came with a 20 year warranty. The all natural product is only a 10 year with good reason. In the UK they are still stuck on the all natural and they buy beds that wear out twice as fast due to that fact. Tires used to made of ALL NATURAL rubber and they wore out fast just like a NASCAR tire... Today passenger car tires are a combination of synthetic and natural and they strike a perfect balance between comfortable ride and durability. I will admit I sell beds for a living. That being said understand that I have ALL products at my disposal. I chose the Pure Latex Bliss 100% natural over the all natural. I also chose it over all other brands of latex. Thanks for your comment Matt. I am confused by one thing though in reading it though, so perhaps you can clarify. In your last sentence you state that you chose the "100% natural over the all natural," which sound like the exact same thing. Overall, you seem to be advocating for the natural-synthetic blend (which would be known as "natural latex") over the completely natural (which would be known as "100% natural latex" or perhaps "all natural latex"). Is that correct?
