I did a lot of shopping around for a topper. I had gotten a memory foam and it was too hot, so decided to take the plunge and get a nice latex topper. We shopped locally so we could see and feel the topper. It had to make our hard bed feel more plush and comfortable and not loose much in the size. (the memory foam one was 58x68 on our queen bed we lost some space and really didn't like the space we lost) After shopping around we decided to get the Pure LatexBliss 2" Talalay mattress topper. I checked in the store we order it from, the tag states 59"x79" just one inch shy of the bed size we decided we could live with that. We then waited for our order to come in. Got it and where so excited. When we put it on the bed and it just looked small... I gave it a day figuring that maybe it just needed time to expand... then I measured it and it was 57"x79". Very disappointing. It's not a cheap topper by any means and should be the size it says it is! I contacted the store I got it from and Pure LatexBliss directly talked to them and they said to have the store send in pictures. The store I got it from told me they had a very hard time getting a hold of them and that they where told the email system there is down. I was told that the topper is within tolerances after a conversation with Michelle from Pure LatexBliss where I was told that if the tag said 59" that it should be that. Guess I am getting the runaround. The topper is very comfortable and helps a lot with my bed that is too firm, however it's also not the size it says it is. Maybe this is their way of cutting costs and hoping the consumer doesn't care or notice. Had this item been 59"x79" as the tag states it is I would have given this item a 5 star ranking

Kelsey, I am sorry you are disappointed. Mattresses are assembled by hand and a 1" tolerance is normal. I have talked to the customer service department, and have been told that they are taking care of the problem and I will be sent a new topper that is reflects what the tag says. I was informed that this will take ~6 weeks. I very much appreciate the help from Michelle in customer service and will update my review as soon as I receive the new topper! Well, I got the replacement topper that Had been ordered to be exactly 59x79 as the tag says the product is....Again the new topper is just shy of 58" wide... perhaps this is a problem in the factory that make them. I noted that the packing slip shows the order for ("EXACT measurement of 59"x79") So I can only assume that the factory failed to complete the order as instructed. I even asked Michelle in customer service to confirm that the order would be 59"x79 and not something else, she assured me it would be 59" wide. I really had high hopes after the customer service response, the factory just failed to deliver what I was informed I would get. Wish I had something better to say!
I want to update my review I just got a call from the factory manager and he is taking care of the problem today! I want to let everyone know that this is some of the best customer service I have come across and am very very impressed. Everyone that I have talked to about this problem has been very helpful, nice and puts the customer 1st! The product does have some variance but is a dream to sleep on and the cover is very luxurious. after several weeks of having it on my bed I have yet to need to adjust the topper the no slide bottom WORKS! Thank-you Pure LatexBliss for working with me, making sure I was satisfied with your product and having such a good attitude when dealing with a frustrated customer!
