Customer Service

There was only one year when I received poor customer service. Out of the 3-5 times I have called over 10 years for: initial questions, a replacement air cylinder, or replacement mattress cover, I received good customer service. Most recently Larry Long corrected an error in ordering a new mattress cover. There had been a delay based on expected back-ordering. He made an additional phone call and tracked down the last remaining double-sized cover in the warehouse. He had them quickly ship it to me. We followed up to make sure I received the mattress cover and it was working. He was very polite and provided great customer service!
