Concrete Comfort

We switched to a Memory/Latex foam mattress because we both have bad arthritis and thought a plush latex would help with pressure points. We have had this mattress for just over a year and have not had what I would call a restful sleep. We ordered a Ultra Comfort Plush and did try it out in the store, but no return policy and the company NEVER replied to any of our messages. The Good, it is a nice looking mattress with Handles for easy moving and it is well made and still feels the same as the day we received it. The Bad, for the label of Ultra Plush it should be soft. It is very, very firm and is not comfortable at all for our needs. We both wake up with aches and pains and neither of us feel rested or recharged. Thought it was a factory mixup but no response from Company. Would be good for a Back sleeper or someone without RA and joint pains. I don't recommend it if your expecting soft, unless you think Concrete covered with foam is Soft.
