I have never bought a worse mattress in my entire life. This mattress sags after one night's sleep (I weigh less that 125 pounds). It squeaks if you even blink. Don't even try to roll on your back because you will wake up the neighborhood. This mattress blows. Some nights I even contemplate sleeping on the floor instead.

Hi Mandy -- I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your Pine Ridge Firm mattress set. Have you contacted the store where you purchased your set to see if they would send out an inspector to take a look at it? It sounds as though it might be an issue that is covered under our warranty.
Curious to know if Hilary pope, marketing associate, helped you. The marketing folks responding to these threads are doing whatever they can to preserve brand NOT solve warranty issues. Not one person here has had success with warrants with this company. If they truly cared about the customer, they would replace your mattress or provide a refund...no other company states that sagging and back pain are perfectly acceptable. This would NEVER happen at Nordstroms!!!
