So far so good

I purchased my carress matress at RTG 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, they did not have this particular model in store so I was very nervous when I purchased this. The person helping me did not know a lot about the mattress and was feeding me a line so I went home and researched. I was afraid of all the negative feedback I was reading but decided to give it a try. I'm hoping it does soften up a little but over all it's comfortable. I like the more plush fall into a cloud feel but my back can't take it. I would reccomend this mattress and hoping to break it in a little more to get it just right! I've had many problems with mattresses sagging (3 to be exact over the last 6 yrs) so I'm really hoping this one doesn't. I wish there were more reviews available for people who have owned theirs for a while so I can see how much it will settle and so forth. Overall, I'm hoping this was a great purchase!!

We completely understand your guarded optimism, it must be hard to put your trust in a bedding company after the experiences that you've had. Remember, if your bed does start to sag or display any sort of manufacturer's defect that you're uncomfortable with, go back to Rooms to Go. They will send a representative out to look at your mattress and if it is a true defect, they will take care of replacing it for you at no cost to you.
