I refused to pay the price for a Tempur-Pedic, so I was bound and determined to find an alternative, and as stated in the headline so far so good. My only complaint was the fact that the mattress feel is much different than expected especially at first, sleeping on, as apposed to in the mattress. We have adjusted to the mattress and enjoy the solidness the mattress provides.

My wife was suffering from nasal allergy problems; so we change the mattress with the hope that we could deal with the problem; and it has been a stunning success. All allergic problems have been eliminated. We are delighted with the purely natural and allergy safe characteristics.
This mattress is by far the best we ever had, and we tried them all.
The worst part is never wanting to get out of bed in the AM.
We have experienced no negative situations with this mattress.

This mattress is not even close to being soft (as I requested and was told that it was,). If you are looking for a soft mattress don't get this one. The pain in my body got worse every night. To the point of seriously effecting my ability to function. If you have chronic pain do not get this mattress.

For anyone wary of ordering online, you have nothing to lose with this company. They're very phone-friendly and answer any questions. There's a 75 day tryout period and I can state that I did utilize that. I ordered my box spring in the deepest size and needed to exchange for the more shallow one. No problem--it was done.
I have ordered 2 mattresses from Saatva---the latex Zenhaven and the spring mattress. One for myself and one for a guest bed. Both are wonderful and guests remark (unsolicited) the next morning about the comfort. I sleep on the latex mattress and find it extremely comfortable. I just sink in, perfect temperature, perfect support. Highly recommend both of these mattresses
I am over 65, conservative, picky, and achey. I took a chance after I was disgusted shopping at mattress stores where fast-talking sales people did not listen to me. I knew the markup there was high and as I said, there was nothing to lose with the online purchase. I am highly satisfied with my 2 new mattresses.
