    Buyer Beware

    This mattress performed for approximately a year but now has significant sagging when we attempt to sleep. When we are out of the bed the sag measures 1.1 inches so Simmons will not warrant it. We both now have significant back and neck pain to the point we are going to eat the cost and buy a different brand from Costco. Costco will refund money if the customer is unhappy for any reason so we feel safer purchasing from them than a mattress store.

    Like sleeping on a cloud on a spring day in Virginia

    Yes, good price and service but who cares .... I sleep well and that is what I care about. I work hard and need my rest and this bed does it.

    Should be labeled medium firm

    It's not like the plush, soft pillowtop that we slowly sunk into at the store. This bed is firmer than our expectations. We feel the hard surface just under the pillowtop and we already have divets in our sleeping areas. We've had it just over a month.
