This bed is great

I’m sad that this bed is no longer made, we’re going to keep it as long as possible. It is so comfortable. When mattress shopping my husband and I had a hard time agreeing on mattresses but as soon as we laid in this one we were sold. 8 years later we still love it. Our only regret is that I wish we would’ve gotten a single king bed rather than the two twin xls put together.

Mattress sags and loses support after 2-3 months

I was so excited to bring this mattress home and use it. After 2 - 3 months, it lost it's support and I woke up with more back pain than I went to sleep with! The seller replaced it without any difficulty, HOWEVER- it did the same thing after 2 months! Where I sleep is like a deep depression, and to get to the other side of the bed is like rolling uphill 2 inches! I am so disappointed, especially since I paid $2,600.00 for this mattress. The retailer is replacing it again this week, but I am not hopeful that the issues will not reoccur.
