Goldilocks satisfied

I used to prefer a totally firm mattress, but this one from Nest is a little soft on top which is very cozy, and hasn't hurt my back at all. The top is soft, but the mattress underneath is quite firm and supportive.

ridge has developed between me and my spouse on the mattress

I am surprised at the back and hip aches. It is likely too soft.

Great Mattress at First. Looses It's Edge, Quickly.

For one there is no edge support on this mattress. I kind of knew that going in, I thought all of the stiff foam was concentrated in the middle and they kind of skimped out on the edges. This is marketed as a extra firm mattress so I thought it would stay that way, but the middle has quickly sunken in to the point that I make a concerted effort to sleep in the small space between the sunken middle and the nonexistent edges. That gives me about a foot of real estate, and I always wake up in the middle. This mattress also sleeps very hot, which is rough in the summer.

Not consistent support throughout the mattress

Mattress firmness is not equal throughout mattress, there are some soft spots and some firm spots. Mattress does not stay firm. The edge support is not the same all around the bed either. For the price of this bed, could have purchased something else.

Could sleep all day!

I have this in my vacation rental and time and time again people compliment the bed saying it is beyond comfortable and that they want one. they also complain that they miss going out and touring early because they are some comfy they don't get out of bed. I would say those are very high marks.

This mattress is called a rock star by my guests

It exceeded my expectations. I had other mattresses in a box and this one was a pleasant surprise. It has helped get my guest suite five star ratings and lots of comments.

great bed for the bigger people

I am 350 and most beds and mattresses cannot handle me. This mattress has no problem. Great comfort support and sleep.

Mattress causes/exacerbates back pain!!

This mattress was sold to us as a reliable mattress that would last comparably with traditional mattresses and would provide necessary support. It did neither.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue. One of the great things about Nest Bedding is that we have a LIFETIME warranty. If you did in fact have an issue with the bed, you simply replace it for free with a new model. Contact our customer service, no reason to suffer if in fact it's a defect. All mattresses are subject to issues, which is why there are warranties. We just happen to have the best one.

Hard as concrete and hot as pavement in the summer sun

intially the mattress was hard and thought it would break in, after two years still as hard as a rock. Customer service was fine when they sent me a mattress topper but it is why too hot.
