I am so satisfied with this purchase. After watching numerous video reviews, and reading oodles of customer reviews, I landed on this mattress. I’m so happy I did my homework. It has been the most comfortable sleep ever. Now we want another one for our camper.

Blisszzzzz

Buying online is always uncertain. However, my extensive research, along with Nest's incredible warranty are what allowed me to click the purchase icon. I am so glad that I did. I love this mattress in ways that I have never loved a mattress before! It is so comfortable. My love of my mattress led to purchasing two Nest pillows for me and my SO, which then led to Nest pillow gifts to everyone in my entire family. Everyone loves them! Until now, I never appreciated how important these elements were to getting good, comfortable, blissful sleep.

Super comfortable!

I bought a down comforter at the same time that I purchased this mattress and I now look forward to sleeping. It's like staying at a 5-star resort every night, which is awesome! This mattress provides softness, which I wanted, but it isn't too soft. With the hybrid foam/coil model, it also provides many of the benefits of each style, including responsiveness without excess heat. While it may cost more than a Casper or other lower-end mattress, it's worth it.

I should have got bought the firm instead of medium :(

I like the mattress but it's not supportive enough and too soft; my husband and I wake up stiff and sore. Unfortunately, we are looking to buy another mattress soon. Wish this one would have worked out longer than 1.5 yrs. We have redone slats and even purchased new bed frame, so it's not the underlying support.

Awesome comfort

Very happy with this mattress. Have tried all kinds - waterbed, memory foam, traditional, and select comfort and none have been this comfortable.

Most comfortable bed ever

No Hassle, Comfortable Sleep

Fantastic bed with a hassle free purchase method. Bought one bed from Nest and it was a bit firm for my liking so I donated it and got my money back right away without any issue. I ended up purchasing a different bed from Nest since the first one was so simple to return if I had any issues. Love the bed I have now and my wife loves it as well. It sleeps a tad warm but overall I'm a hot nature individual so that's a bit normal for me. I would strongly recommend working with Nest to find the right bed for you or your loved one.

Best Mattress

I tried a Kluft mattress in a store, and this mattress feels very similar at a fraction of the price. Good support, but with a soft memory foam top that makes you feel like you're floating on a cloud when you lie down. And it is very quiet, no creaking spring or frame noises when you move around like with a traditional mattress.

Poor support

This is my second Alexander mattress. The first started sagging shortly after purchase. The warranty claim process was simple. I received a new mattress quickly. The new mattress has also started sagging, however, and I’m very unhappy with the purchase. The mattress at first seems absolutely perfect- it’s soft yet firm and supportive. Quickly the firmness goes away and the softness prevails. This is definitely not a mattress for someone with back problems.

Started out great.....

Mattress was comfortable at first however prior to owning it a year it has impressions where both my husband and I sleep so there is a hump in the middle and indentations where we sleep so it wore the same as my last mattress only a little sooner and my last mattress was from Costco and cost $700 versus $1,200 for the Nest.
