Had to find a mattress softness/firmness that was good for 2 that sleep differently. 1 sleeps on stomach and 1 sleeps on side/back. This mattress works for both of us even though it is a bit softer than thought ideal for a stomach sleeper. I am very happy with this mattress as a stomach sleeper and my partner who sleeps on her side & back loves it.

It's hard to buy a mattress without ever laying down on it ahead of time. The 100 night "test" period helps, but really, getting it back and getting a new one is just a pain in the you-know-what, so you wind up just keeping it. I don't mind it, but my wife finds it a bit soft. It didn't live up to the cloud expectation I had, but, again, most mattresses like this one go for at least $500-$1,000 more. So, for the money it is totally acceptable. Just don't expect the "best" night's sleep ever. Keep your expectations in check and you won't be disappointed.

This mattress is very comfortable and medium soft. It doesn't get too hot. It is possibly slightly too soft for me. The memory foam remembers a well around my back, which causes it not to support my back quite well enough, and makes it difficult to back-sleep. The mattress is on the soft side for stomach sleeping, but works well for side or pillow-supported stomach sleeping.

The blog post you are referring to specifically is about air flow, not our policy page. And bunkie boards are not boards, that is just the name, they are breathable. Your mattress will be fine once you put it on a base that doesn't sag.
This mattress is an absolute dream! The quality is premium, it's made extremely well and is the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. The first few weeks I felt like I was floating on a cloud, it was so much better than my previous mattress, which was a natural latex and cost over twice as much as this one. I was worried I might have to send it back, but it is the perfect mattress- thick and plush, contouring but not suffocating, not too soft, not too firm and it doesn't get hot. I feel like queen of everything when I'm in my bed! The hip and shoulder pain I was waking up with after sleeping on my previous mattress is long gone. Love, love, love my mattress!

I think the construction of the mattress looks like it is done exceptional well. It was hard to believe that it shipped completely rolled up in a box, and blossomed into a queen sized mattress. We did choose the firmness of our mattress based on the description given during the ordering process and reading/listening to reviews; however, when all said and done, I believe we could use a slightly firmer mattress. There are times that both my husband and I feel like the center of the mattress is not wearing the same as where we sleep.
