We've owned this mattress now for about 1.5 years. I can't say that I love it. I really wish we would have gone with something softer. It's a little too firm for my liking. I haven't been sleeping well the last 1.5 years and I thought it was due to something else, but I think the mattress isn't helping either. We just stayed somewhere else and I finally was able to sleep past 6am which hasn't happened for a really long time. I think it's time to try a mattress topper to see if that helps.
In terms of quality, I think do think it's well made and if you like really firm mattresses then this is great.

I researched this mattress and had high hopes but found it to too firm for my liking. I would say that the issue for me is that the middle layer needs to be a bit more soft. The top is soft enough but I was bottoming out and I'm not huge, my BMI is 27. It felt great sleeping on my back but I prefer to sleep on my side. Sleeping on my side made my arm go numb. I would force myself to fall asleep on my back, then wake up on my side and toss and turn the rest of the night. They sent me their topper and we tried that but it was a low density, soft foam and didn't help. I appreciated their willingness to try to make it work. But in the end it wasn't working. I did appreciate that the mattress didn't sleep hot and appeared to be well made. I liked that it was made in Arizona. I "returned" it by donating it to a charity as per their guidelines and mailed back the topper. I think this mattress would be excellent for a back sleeper or side sleeper. My review of the mattress is mostly based on my comfort. It does seem to be a good mattress if you prefer this type.

Had high expectations for this mattress based upon so many positive reviews. I've recently gone back and re-read some of the reviews, and did notice that many were written after just a few weeks of using the bed, which probably is not the best gauge to go by when trying to find out if other people are happy with what they bought. Our first few weeks on the bed were good too. We do have the proper foundation recommended yet this bed began sagging on both our sleeping sides of the bed after just a few months. Have woken many times with a numb arm and hand. Has not provided easing of morning backache as I had hoped for. The edge support is lacking. During the last summer we slept way too warm on this mattress. Now in winter it is not sleeping hot which is a relief. Our mattress is medium, yet it feels too firm overall, even with the continual sagging. Reading over the warranty on Nest's website, I find that the sag has to be an inch or more to get warranty service. Ours sags not quite an inch, but even a little less than an inch is quite a bit of sag, especially for a new mattress. We actually have a permanent hump down the middle of the bed. Have used the bed about 10 months now, and will be switching it out with our guest bedroom mattress and foundation. Our guests can sleep on this uncomfortable mattress until we replace it with something else😀 I was going to buy a mattress topper, but why spend the extra $ just to disguise what is for us an uncomfortable bed?

It's difficult to buy a mattress you cannot test however, it has exceeded our expectations. I bought this for my daughter's college graduation, great mattress, good night's sleep (finally) and worth every penny. Great Great mattress, price may seem high but once you sleep on it a few months you will be convinced you can't sleep without it.

I'm sorry but I have tried this mattress for a few months now and to be honest I am in pain every single night. It's to the point now after waking up in the middle of the night several times from discomfort I finally give up and sleep on the floor net to the bed.. The back pain from this mattress is very intense. I find myself tossing and turning throughout the night just to find a comfortable position which last less and an hour before I am tossing and turning again to find another spot to relieve the pressure spot and pain.

I'm disappointed in the mattress. I wish I had sent it back during the Trail period. Edge support is horrible. Didn't help my back pain at all. Arm goes to sleep when sleeping on my side. Wish I had kept my old mattress then I wouldn't be out $1299.00.

It sleeps way to hot for me and my spouse...I only wish Nest had a nice cool topper at a reasonable price that would solve this problem...I would not buy this mattress again for this reason...NEST BEDDING...HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM, PLEASE...I would give a 5***** rating were it not for this...

I was hoping for more support since I have back problems (I've had some fused vertebra) but it is better than what we had before. I would've definitely gone with the version that has more support though. It's also starting to sink in a bit but nothing major. Overall I'm OK with the purchase, especially when you consider the price when compared to the other high quality mattresses.
