I had in a vacation home I own. The mattress was nice for no more than 1 year. After sleeping in one position for a few hours the body shape is imprinted, and you have to work hard to get out of the hole. Then you roll back into the imprinted hole. The mattress is swallow you up.

Bought this bed 3 years ago and haven't had any problems with support, but am miserable at night with how hot it is. I've been able to get by most of the year but summers are unbearable. The mattress isn't even worn out and I'm already ready to ditch it and get a new one. Also, I don't move around much when I sleep and stay mostly in one spot, so the mattress is already seeing some indentation from where I sleep. It's been mostly comfortable, but I wish I had never bought this mattress.
I am very disappointed that the mattress has loss it's support and I only had it for 3yrs. But, mainly the mattress emits this really strong chemical smell. It is unbearable and doesn't smell healthy. I purchased it from Mattress Firm and the only response I get from them is that this is the first time it last this long and the warranty doesn't include chemical. But suggested that I placed coffee beans on top of the mattress or an apple. I would like a replacement for the inconvenience. This is awful.
This bed is horrible and I can’t sleep on it anymore.
I hate this mattress but can’t afford a new one. I put in a claim and they denied it. I tried calling but got no where. I am beyond frustrated. I sleep on the couch now until I can save money to get a better mattress. I saved money for a great mattress and splurged a little to get this rip off piece of garbage mattress. Buyer beware they will not hold up to warranty.
Every time I wake up I feel as if my body has aged 10 times the normal rate. Whenever I wake up I feel as if I was thrown off a mountain or cliff and slammed into the ground. Since day 1 this mattress has been a terror. The first minute maybe two minutes if your lucky is is tolerable but after that you feel like your sleeping on the ground. Actually the ground is an improvement compared to this soul stealing bed! Do not buy this thing. Idk why it felt so much better when I was in the store trying it out. It's like Its not even the same bed. BEWARE! WILL CAUSE EXCESSIVE WEAR ON THE BODY BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!

We had a Serra for 10 years and figured it was tome to change it. Big mistake going to Mattress Firm. The strangest thing is that when I tried this mattress at Mattress Firm, it felt very comfortable. It’s as if they sent us a completely different mattress than the one I tried in the store but looks the same and says the same name, etc. The next morning I literally apologized to my husband since I picked it, and he said not to worry, it was probably just that we needed to get used to it. The whole thing says and sinks and we wake up daily sored and in so much pain. They charge you for picking it up and the difference of the other mattress of course, but we are now so skeptical of the store so we don’t even want to buy from them. As soon as we can, we are going to get a new mattress somewhere else and I’m just going to take a blade and slit this junk in half because I am dying to know what in the world is this crappy thing is made off.
We bought this in a king in June of 2017 from mattress firm. My partner and I are 30 and 26, both healthy.
It was fine for the first few days, then we noticed it had started to sink under each of us. We propped it up with pillows underneath and rotated it, but it did not help for more than a couple of nights. Now, we are in constant pain. I have horrible neck and shoulder pain every day and have to drag myself to get up in the morning. Headaches are constant. It sags so much where we sleep that it's like sleeping in a hole. Moving to the "hump" in the middle is the best relief. Neither one of us have been getting restful sleep the entire time we have owned it, except when we sleep in a different bed while traveling. We're tired, cranky, sore, and our joints crack and pop all day. It has aged our bodies significantly.
We get rid of it in two days for a nice hybrid we found from our local retailer and I absolutely cannot wait to watch it get hauled away. I'll be attending physical therapy if my back and neck don't significantly improve within two weeks. This things is a nightmare, do NOT buy it.
2 month old mattress. Noticed mold covering mattress bottom.
We have been disappointed with mattress since we bought it. It does not have much support. Husband and I seem to roll to middle of mattress. We figured we made a mistake and we would suck it up. Today while changing the bed I noticed there was mold all across the bottom side of mattress.
We have kept a mattress pad on the bed since it was purchased. We have not spilled anything on it. As the man at the mattress firm said when I Called to see what to do, " I've never heard of that before". I have never bought a mattress that did that before.
When I called the 1-866-942-3551 the women I spoke with said that mold was not covered under warranty. She also asked if I had left the plastic the mattress came in, on it. Nope wouldn, t do that.
I don, t know why it would or could have mold on the bottom. All I Do know is that I am a disatisfied customer and I Would not recommend buying a mattress at Mattress FIrm.
My 16 year old, 5'10" son sleeps on this mattress. His mattress is sooo much more comfortable than the mattress my husband and I bought for TWICE as much money! His mattress is like sleeping on a cloud, so comfortable! Just the perfect amount of plush vs having enough support! I almost can't wait til he goes to college so I can trade out the beds! Excellent mattress, especially for the price! LOVE it! Buying a second one this month for my now teenage daughter!
